I am looking forward to writing this ONE STAR REVIEW: shut this place down, fire the GM, train all new staff. Waited 30 mins and never got my food. Asked the staff what’s going on, got a rude response. If I didn’t have anything to do if sit outside this establishment protesting.

Longest wait ever
No stalls open. No one answered drive thru. When I pulled up to window, they said I couldn’t order there. Worthless, location should just be shut down if they aren’t taking any orders.

Why does it say it closes at 2 but when we go at 1:35 the grill is already off and when I pass by everybody is just on their phones? Needs new workers and better management.

Sonic app said it would be ready at 8:11 PM. It is 8:41 and still do not have the food. During that time I have not seen a single employee bringing food out to the other cars.
Update: Most of cars are giving up and leaving. I think something just be seriously wrong where they can't make any orders.
I left without any food. Guess I'll just starve since that was my dinner break wasted 💀.

Nakieya provided me with EXCELLENT customer service when I came in through the drive-threw, a smile on her face and even asked me how I was doing today.. That made my day I HIGHLY recommend this location!!

Poor service. I’m literally here as I’m typing this and the workers won’t answer the stall call after multiple attempts of pressing the button. I also went to the drive thru and they never greeted me… Like literally never came on to take the order — who does that?! If you are short staff just say that and ask people for their patience. That will at least show you’re trying your best. It’s quite ridiculous and this is not the only time this has happened smh

I'm not exactly sure what's going on at the location but it needs to corrected. I placed my order through the app like I usually do. Upon arrival I park and check in five minutes after the time the app said my order should be ready. I'm a very patient person, so as ten minutes passes, I'm like okay, they're busy. I know how it is working in food service. Then twenty and still nothing, so when thirty minutes passes. Thats's when it's not cool. So I get out of my car, and walk to the front door so I can speak to somone, while in front of the door looking at the employees. A couple of them just look at me and keep doing the nothing but just talking to one another and when staff member does come out to run an order to a customer. I stop them and let them know that I have been waiting over thirty minutes for my order. I received an apology for it taking so long and that their system has been lagging and have been receiving orders late. I'm thinking even if so, the orders wouldn't have taken that long. By the time I got that and getting frustrated, I wasn't even hungry anymore. It will a while before I return to this location, even if that means that I drive over to the location on Ross Ave, I will.

All drinks were not done correctly. When they did fix the drinks there was y WAY too much syrup in them, and the cups were messy with overflow spilled all of the cups and lids were not on all the way. If we weren't careful they would have popped open and spilled everywhere.

I come to this location often and usually have okay experiences, but today I was so impressed. Service was fast and friendly even on a busy Saturday. Our carhop, Ladayshi, was fantastic, so kind and even gave my husband and me a sweet compliment with our order. In the past, we’ve had long waits and mix-ups, but today everything was perfect. Whatever has changed, keep it up and keep Ladayshi!

This is the worst sonic I have ever visited. You order online and they never bring it out to you. Literally I have waited 30 minutes for just a drink on countless occasions. I truly don’t understand why this is the case and often times there are only one or two other people waiting and it still takes them forever, or they completely forget about you all together.

I’ve made three visits this year and each time I waited more than 20 to 30 minutes for an order for 1.
New mgmt needed.
If you answer the call box, take the order don’t put the customer on hold again, they’re already waiting.
Highly doubt I’ll be returning here and I work nearby.
