This is some of the best BBQ I’ve found in Dallas. The armadillo eggs are out of this world deliciousness. Ribs and brisket were perfectly cooked without being overly seasoned allowing the smoked meat flavor to be the primary taste. Definitely worth a trip if you’re a bbq lover.
When I say excellent food, excellent service and excellent price. Sosa BBQ is unmatched.
Highlights:
-Ribs we’re tender and flavorful no super sweet and smothered in BBQ sauce.
-Like they use high quality meat and you can tell because the meat was tender to eat and not tough at all.
-Baked Potato was phenomenal it was loaded with sausage, brisket and sauces. I literally have 2 meals in one and I have leftovers for the next day.
