The employees are friendly and down to earth. I love most of their veggies. I haven't tried all their meats yet. If you're looking for a good home cooked meal this is the place.
Great food. Can’t tell if this place is open. Approaching 6:30pm in the fall, you can’t really see but a tiny little open sign (left of entry) with no other exterior lights. This is well… South Dallas hence the name of the cafe. Not safe for customers in the parking lot. Not so great customer service. As the business owner I would make sure the customer service was better and that my employees served with a smile rather than someone interrupting their tiktok time. At that,...
Pros: smothered Pork Chops, beef tips, cabbage, and sweet potatoes were good. Most of the staff were friendly.Cons: unseasoned rice, corn lacked flavor, greens just weren't for me. I normally don't make complaints about price but those meals just weren't worth the price. First Lady on line serving could work on her customer service skills.
