5 stars are not enough! This is one of those rare places that transport you to another dimension and hit you right in the feels. Yes, I'm not exaggerating. The ambiance is electric, the servers are attentive and friendly, the bartenders are masters of their craft, and the piano man? Pure magic. Everyone here is so cool and genuine, you can tell their passion for creating an amazing experience is real. They don't just provide service, they create memories.

Very tasty filet mignon with fois gras, it was on the cold side but still made impact.

My husband and I have dined at both the old and new location - both wonderful, but the new is simply spectacular. The design of the space is elegant, yet warm and inviting; you feel as if the restaurant has been around for decades despite being a few weeks old. The charm is palpable and the ambience cozy. The food was delicious and we had amazing service (and cocktails) at the bar.Put St. Martin's on your list for a date night, meal with friends, or even an elevated drink experience at the bar after work. We will be back soon!

We cannot say enough good things about this phenomenal restaurant. The wonderful staff, the ambiance, the attention to detail…hands down one of my all time favorite establishments. They strike the balance in everything they do, the atmosphere is formal but not stuffy, elegant and refined but so warm and inviting. Pasha and Sina welcome you with open arms, you truly feel like a guest in their home. It is sincere old school hospitality and I’m so thankful they’re back and better than ever.

There are places to eat and then there are places to be. You can get food almost anywhere, but if you want to feel something, to experience a fanciful feeling that typically eludes patrons of Dallas’s frenetic dining scene, you should really come to St. Martins. The food is great, to be sure. The crab cake and lobster bisque were standouts among a constellation of very well executed classic dishes. But what makes this place the most romantic restaurant in Dallas, as their eye catching custom matchbooks proclaim (grab a few, they are so cool) is the ambiance and the service. The piano is played by one of three masterful artists, depending on the night, and each song blends into the next, without a pause, for what feels like hours on end. The staff seem to know they are part of an iconic establishment, and they are clearly doing their best to rise and meet the reputation of their auspicious surroundings. But the best thing, by far, is the same thing that makes Las Palmas the best Tex Mex restaurant in Dallas and Bowen House a magnetic social destination, packed every night of the week. It is the magnanimous presence of Pasha and Sina Heidari. Nothing escapes their watchful gaze. Each patron seems to be greeted like an old friend. Each table is visited and charmed with lighthearted banter. This is how restaurants once were, with the owners taking true pride in crafting an experience that their patrons could not forget. While so many places seem to have abandoned the art of the restaurant, these brothers have embraced it. In an era of food fads that rely on eye catching flash without substance or soul, the Heidaris have designed yet another beautiful monument to the idea that food is only just the beginning when you’re trying to build an institution

We had a wonderful evening! Everything from the live piano music to the staff were impeccable. The new location has all the old world charm from their previous location but with an upgrade, including more seating at the bar and several windows that let in a lot of light. Food of course was amazing, as has been the norm since I have been going, which is at least the last 30 years.

Absolutely spectacular date. The most romantic restaurant I have ever seen. The atmosphere in there is both luxurious and welcoming, which is difficult to achieve. The food was fantastic, and service equally so. I greatly appreciate St Martins for making that evening magical.

I've lived in Dallas 20+ years and never went to the original location. I don't know why - I've been missing out!Went with a group and everyone loved their food and thought it was fantastic. From escargot, bone marrow, rack of lamb, duck breast, coq au vin, creme brulee, and drinks.Ask for Rene to be your waiter, he's extremely knowledgeable about the courses and drinks, and there to make sure you're enjoying every part of the experience.Dietary restrictions: They specifically ask about allergens/dietary issues.Parking: Parking spots along street on opposite side of Bryan, Bryan Street Tavern lot across Peak, or valet.Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly, but this is an adult restaurant so please don't bring your child if they are loud or can't behave during your meal.

I never dined at the old location but the new one is impressive. The lighting, decor, and live piano set a wonderful atmosphere that you don't want to leave. Our dinner included Champagne Brie Soup, Caesar Salad, Smoked Salmon, Rack of Lamb, and Duck Breast. I highly recommend everything we tried but the highlights for me were the little things. The house-made croutons are amazing and the hazelnut and fig compliment the duck breast perfectly. For dessert, we shared the crème brûlée and chocolate terrine. The raspberry caramel with the chocolate terrine was truly exquisite! Taylor took excellent care of us and we can't wait to return.Dietary restrictions: We had no problems finding both dinner and dessert options that were gluten free!Parking: The curbside valet is very convenient but there is also street parking available nearby.

Please note, this review is for the new location in East Dallas! Isidora our server was excellent! But that was all that was excellent. This is not your old St Martin’s. They seem to only cater to their friends. When making my reservation for a Wednesday night at 7pm I was told they were booked but they had 6:30 or 7:30 available. We chose 6:30 only to be seated at a small 2 top in a nearly empty restaurant . As 7pm came and went the restaurant STILL had several empty tables, so not sure why we weren’t able to get a 7pm reservation. Then we ordered the Kansas City Strips medium - they came out well done. There were 5 people who appeared to be in charge and not one of them asked how our experience was or apologized for both our steaks being overcooked. Isidora did take them off our bill. Bottom line, if you’re expecting the service and attention to detail you received at the Greenville Avenue location - don’t expect it here unless you’re friends with the HMFIC’s!
