Oh. My. God. I can't even fathom how anyone can make better lobster ravioli elsewhere. The pasta dough was perfect thickness and the filling was not just a lobster mix, but true to taste and texture real pieces of lobster and delicious cheese (assuming ricotta and others). Some of the best (if not the best) handmade ravioli and pasta in Dallas. Their lobster ravioli is to die for and so is the butternut squash. The owner and staff are super helpful and will give tips on pasta preparation. Don't miss the chance to give them a visit, you'll be very glad u did!

Pasta is delicious, fresh, easy to make and evenly balanced in flavor. Love and I’ll be a repeat customer, highly recommend you make a stop and try them out, you will also become hooked!
