The employees hoist the backroom door open with a garbage can adorned with flies. Those same flies were seen crawling in and out of everyone’s online order while I was waiting for mine.
I don’t go to Starbucks very often, but when I do, I either order the same thing or I’m confused about what to order next. Jennifer at the drive-through was absolutely amazing and patient and actually moved at a great speed. She helped make a recommendation for me that I didn’t think I would like, but I absolutely loved her listening to my preferences and coming up with a drink that fits my thirst needs.
I’ve seen this drive thru backed up onto Gaston but they are fast and efficient. To stop here for a mobile order pick up in the drive thru usually takes me 5 minutes or less, which is great. If I go inside to pick up it’s even less time and I always find parking. The lot is tiny though. Also I think I hit it at the right time. Chai is great as is their butter croissant and pumpkin loaf.
