Today, August 11, around 4:30 p.m., I went to grab two macha lattes, one large and one small, and a strawberry Frappuccino and the Hispanic girl who served us had a rude attitude and was not at all nice to us and made the drinks reluctantly because they taste horrible. Got a coldbrew coffee... it was so sweet I couldn't finish the drink and my stomach got sick. How a coldbrew ends up sweet I don't know. FYI not everyone wants super sweet coffee, please don't add extra cold foam or sweeteners unless people ask for it. It's gross.

Plenty of good experiences here and no bad ones. The store is quite small (would have been good if they expanded the store to next door when they had a chance when a vacancy opened up). This can result in a queue to the door or a crowd around the mobile pickup area. Sometimes, a homeless person hogs a seat and leaves his stuff there while he leaves to go somewhere.
