Be sure to check your cup before you leave this place. Twice this week I ordered a Venti White Chocolate Mocha and 2/3 of the cup is whip cream. The first time I had them remake the coffee. This time I didn't. When I called to talk to the manager all she kept saying was "Is that ALL"? Really, I just paid $5.00 for a cup of coffee and you can't fill it up let alone care that your employee is ripping off the customers. Maybe corporate can straighten this mess out for me.

Starbucks is known for decent coffee and super kind, efficient staff. Customers appreciate the personalized service, like getting fresh blonde espresso. Despite interruptions from a rude manager, the baristas, Twelve and Jess, remained professional and friendly. Customers value the hard work and dedication of the staff. The pumpkin cream cold brew comes highly recommended.
