I just literally left this location and service was horrible . I ordered 2 grande white hot chocolate’s. The lady with braces was playing and didn’t get my order right at all . A waste of money. I will not be back

We went and ordered fine. The person who took our order was cordial and nice but very hard to understand from mumbling under their mask. So I had to ask them to repeat themselves multiple times. But they were perfectly kind and had no problems repeating themselves. The woman who made our coffee who's apron said their name was Temple was completely rude. Very rude and short with me. She made 3 of our 4 coffees then made 5 other coffees before our last one. I had to ask for clarification on one of the drinks and she didn't even acknowledge me and when I asked again she simply repeated what she said the first time saying "I already said it is an americano." I was asking if it was decaf and if it had peppermint in it. I don't ask for much but simple kindness to a customer is required. It is required when working in customer service.

This is definitely my favorite Starbucks location in the neighborhood. It is often the busiest of all the ones I frequent, but the staff and quality make up for it ten fold.Even though I do a mobile order 9/10 times, the staff have still learned my name and recognize me when I come in to grab it. They're also quick to have a pleasant conversation or interaction with (when it's slow enough to have time to talk), but also remain smiley, friendly and attentive when it's busy as well.This is definitely going to remain my #1 choice of Starbucks in the area as long as it keeps up the great service.

This is the only Starbucks that I have to scan my app on my Iphone myself. The staff will not do it and give you stank face every time you have to do it. It is truly bizarre behavior and not very welcoming to customers. It is made worse by the fact that the scan device is 2-3 inches from the Associate working there but you have to reach across a counter and then use both hands to make sure your app is scanned.
Worst service. Staff were talking to each other, fussing about what music was playing, muttering about customers. Not calling out orders. Most disorganized Starbucks. Avoid!

A paying customer asked for a cup of water about a dozen times and got sassy attitude from the "it/they" worker this morning. Truly bizarre that a customer gets such rude service for spending $6 on a drink and can't ask for a water. 8/27 at 9:00AMBEWARE FAKE REVIEWS: BECKY RUIZ - MULTIPLE ACCOUNTS WITH SAME NAME. We drove up to this store because we desperately needed some treats. It's 108° outside and we are both thirsty and wanted a snack. Every single item we asked for, they came back with "we're out of that." I don't get it. Is it just impossible to plan ahead? This is 2:30 in the day and they're already out of everything. Very poor planning

The workers here are so awkward and unprofessional. Half the days they can't even look at customers. The drinks are so inconsistent and mediocre. Even if you order ahead, you probably have to follow-up a dozen times and get a negative attitude from these bozos. Go to another shop.
