Great customer service!!!
I frequent this Starbucks and have always had great drinks, food, and service, but my last two visits really stood out. A few days ago, I accidentally dropped my debit card while trying to insert it into the chip reader. Of course, it landed in the one spot I couldn’t reach. I’m currently recovering from foot and leg surgery, so getting out of my car to retrieve it would have been extremely difficult. Starbucks Coffee Company is a favorite option in the Uptown/Oaklawn area, with coffee that is always well made and better than many others in the north Dallas area. Customer service is much better going through the drive-thru, where staff are very helpful, friendly, and provide all-around good customer service. Coming inside is a less than enjoyable experience. Some customers wish there was a drive-through at all locations. Sometimes drinks aren't that hot, which is a concern. There are requests to bring back the chips and some sandwiches that they are usually out of, though they are doing better on that. The coffee is well made, making it a preferred choice despite some inconsistencies.
