Went for lunch, the place was fairly empty but the service was almost non existent. A quick lunch became 1.5 hours. The food was great but we had to wait a long time for everything. Then when it was time to pay, the lady automatically put 20% on the bill instead of letting us choose the tip amount.
We decided to go here today to dine in for 4 people. We went at lunch time, got right in and seated. Waited came by within a couple minutes and took our drink order. 2 people ordered from the lunch menu, the 2 others ordered from the regular menu. I ordered the combo fajitas, beef and chicken. They kept us stocked up on chips and salsa before our food arrived. From the time in the door and to get our food was pretty quick, about 16 minutes. Stumbled into Uncle Julio’s on National Margarita day. The food was great and the margaritas were delicious. The fresh chops and salsa are very good.Service was a bit slow due to staffing issues I’m sure. The server was great, just had too many tables.
