The minute me and my family walked into this establishment, we didn't feel very welcomed. The lady who took our order was very rude and standoffish as if we were wasting her time. The gentleman with glasses was not any better. He made my wife feel like she was being surveillance after asking to use the bathroom. Overall, they seem disinterested in customer service, and I will not be coming back.

I’ve ordered from here a bunch of times, and only rarely has my order been correct. We’ve had spillage from lids not being put on correctly, sticky cups and messy lids, our orders made completely wrong.

I've been here for more than a year… During the morning rush hour, everything was of the expected quality (it used to be acceptable)! I ordered a latte, but there were no forms, and the milk was too much. There is no quality control. I would go to another shop that prepares the milk based on individual orders.

This place NEVER gets my order right!!! Almost a year later and they still can’t get it right! Majority of the staff have bad attitudes when you address the issue! I’ll just take my business down the street to the next Starbucks.

Dietary restrictions: They have eggless options and meatless options, as a vegetarian that's really hard to find but this staff gives you options according to your needa and restrictions.
Trash mouth from the cashier. Insulted me as I tried to order calling me a sexual name then continued to spread gossip to other customers. Other baristas did this as well. Starbucks is nothing but a trashy business with unprofessional employees and no standards or HR in place. Nearly every location
