As an ex ASM for Starbucks and ex team lead for Tarbucks (Target), I feel the need to leave a review on the HORRIBLE customer service from Samia. From rolling her eyes to loudly sighing even though my friend and I had VERY simple drinks and still got them wrong even after we left a cash and card tip and the store was empty. Why should we and other guests have to be uncomfortable just because a partner is in a bad mood. Definitely will not be coming back to this location because of them.

Spilled Very hot coffee on my hand, personal cup, she didn't even care or apologize. Starbucks Customer service is very bad as they didn't care as well. I believe Starbucks is driven by racism.

Called but transferred to chat and nothing has happened.
Couple of years ago the district manager will call and refund.....
Now they did nothing
They should get a legal action for personal injury so they learn to respect the customers

Very quick service, but fairly inattentive baristas. A fairly busy location so no complaints on turn around time, but will randomly stop accepting online orders, very inconvenient.

We frequent this location atleast 3x a week. Lisa is always a pleasure to speak to when she’s on cashier. When she’s not at the front she is in the back diligently working on drinks and every time we’ve stopped by without a doubt she has been doing an over the top job! She is wonderful all around, I hope Starbucks can give her some recognition for her hard work. Extraordinary employees are hard to come by.

Happy they were able to still take my order 10 mins before closing on xmas day. The pumpkin loaf was stale but the service was not! Thank you!

I was there 9:25 to buy 20 gift cards for my sons teachers for Christmas gift.I checked online and said close at 9:30 .Girls worked in the store saw me and they didn’t opened the door .

The minute me and my family walked into this establishment, we didn't feel very welcomed. The lady who took our order was very rude and standoffish as if we were wasting her time. The gentleman with glasses was not any better. He made my wife feel like she was being surveillance after asking to use the bathroom. Overall, they seem disinterested in customer service, and I will not be coming back.

I’ve ordered from here a bunch of times, and only rarely has my order been correct. We’ve had spillage from lids not being put on correctly, sticky cups and messy lids, our orders made completely wrong.
