Male manager ( tall hispanic I’m assuming with gray hair) opened door while I was using restroom demanding I leave only 2 minutes after closing time. I informed him I would be using the restroom prior to that. The entire situation made me feel extremely violated. I find that extremely inappropriate and unsettling.

We use this location a lot, and today when I went to pick up my wife's order it wasn't there. But the 3 staff members were SUPER nice and accommodating, even showing me their system and how it works, to show it was received and made, but someone took it. I say this because it's so rare to find pleasant customer service in most retail/fast food places now, I really appreciate it when it happens

There are a couple of people inside, but there are a ton of cars in line. There is NO sense of urgency. Everyone is in slow motion except one girl that’s working the bar. I had a mobile order for inside pickup. So slow.

I know that it has been said a hundred times how classy Starbucks is, but it REALLY is! I would go there every day and just relax with some friends for a few hours. Maybe sit back when it ever starts snowing in Dallas. I will buy a Super Dose of Caramel Apple Spice with enough Whipped Cream to make Santa Claus forget about Cookies.But if I am in a traditional mood I will go with the simple yet unforgettable Hot Chocolate with a medley of ingredients to induce euphoria. I love Starbucks for these reasons and I love the food just the same but the drinks take you away.
I stayed here for a few hours working on my laptop, so I would say that the general atmosphere at this location was good (could use more comfortable chairs, but everything else was good). The employees had a great attitude even though it was pretty early in the morning when I got there. While there, it seemed like they were pretty good at handling lines of customers when it got busy too.Dietary restrictions: They were able to make something dairy free for me :)

THE best Starbucks in the world!! Every single employee is so friendly, personable and just happy to see you! They greet you by name and always ask how you're doing. They have the fastest service, remember you and your order, and are happy to customize any drink to make sure it's how you want! They people who work here have made turned this Starbucks into a community Starbucks is so lucky to have employees like them!
