Galleria mall is always busy with a lot of people and I’m always impressed be the speed of baristas here! The girls work hard and fast and that’s great. The only bad thing is that the tables were dirty, every time I visit this Starbucks tables aren’t clean.

If the supervisor who I believe is the tall slim African American gentleman isn’t working, the customer service is really poor. He’s always welcoming & helpful can’t say the same about the others ANAO OR ANO is rude, and can always open his mouth to crack weird “jokes” but when a customer is asking questions about a order he just stands there like a deer in headlights. If you don’t like communicating with the people get a job that doesn’t require customer service being key!

They're stocked with accessories and seating along the window. Small spacing for dine-in/sit-in, mainly for to go orders imo. Had their dragon drink and pinapple refresher with coconut, loved it ? ❤️?
