I have a paralyzed stomach and esophagus so I asked them for water because food was stuck in my throat and the girl taking my order wouldn’t give it to me. I also work at Starbucks so I understand the police, however, I regurgitated inside my mouth afterwards so it’s a little crazy to me that she lacked human decency.

Love this store! Damian, Bri and Cierra were so helpful and kind to me despite it being super busy the food was alittle bit water down like it just came out the freezer but other than that I love how the staff can be so calm and nice while being helpful to us customers

I’ve been visiting the Starbucks at Galleria Mall every morning for about four months now, and I just want to mention everything I love about this place. The coffee is always excellent — consistent, rich, and perfectly made every time. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming; they always treat me more like a friend than just a customer. The manager, Sandra, is especially kind and pays attention to every little detail to make sure every customer leaves happy. What I truly admire is that even when the store is extremely busy, the team always greets everyone with a genuine smile and positive energy. The atmosphere is calm, clean, and well-organized — the perfect place to start the day. I truly appreciate the great service, the positive vibes, and the effort everyone puts in to make this Starbucks special. Highly recommended!

Hey! I just wanted to say that despite how busy it gets and the crazy traffic flow, the employees really do their best to be efficient. I’m not sure how many orders they get, but I did notice some people getting impatient about their drinks. I totally get that if they have a ton of customers, they can only make so many drinks at once. Some people can be rude, but the employees are trying to empathize and work as fast as they can. It’s the mall people. They’re not machines, after all. Just thought I’d share that!
Terrible service. The blonde, taller employee who took my order was very rude and unprofessional — she sighed several times and rolled her eyes. Wish I got her name. Absolutely appalling service. Will never visit again.
