I encountered an issue with my order and asked the shift lead to make a correction. Unfortunately, she was quite rude, and when I walked away, I noticed her whispering to another employee. I requested the manager's number to call, but she simply told me to contact corporate. I had thought that if an order was incorrect at Starbucks, they would resolve it without any hassle. During my visit to Dallas, I was very disappointed with this experience. Good customer service really makes a difference.

Archie did an amazing job, made my drink just how I liked it and with upmost efficiency! The girl that took my order, Taylor, severed me with a smile. I loved the atmosphere of this location! If I see they both I’m definitely coming in again!!

Nice staff but they usually give me wrong order, Today again I ordered chocolate frappe and I asked to be more chocolaty they give me mocha but bcz it takes forever to get my order I had to go didn't say anything but disappointed

As regular Starbucks costumer . The staff at the Dallas Galleria is always right on point. Archie, Lane and Jorge always take care of me,and other Costumers with care , a genuine family care always with, a worm smile and respect 💖😇 No matter how busy the Starbucks is.... Specially being the Dallas Galleria,which for obvious reasons gets a lot of traffic.. They always take care of each and every single costumer like if that costumer was VIP.

Galleria mall is always busy with a lot of people and I’m always impressed be the speed of baristas here! The girls work hard and fast and that’s great. The only bad thing is that the tables were dirty, every time I visit this Starbucks tables aren’t clean.

I want to shoutout Archie, the greatest barista in the universe, bar none, no caperoonie. She has an inviting, warm attitude, goes above and beyond for her customers, and makes your day brighter with her professionalism, attention to detail, and charm. 11/10
