I ordered two cappuccinos, but what I received was just milk with no foam or coffee taste. When I asked for a replacement, the manager was rude and unprofessional. Very poor service at this Starbucks.

I always order on the app and they never get my order right… and the barista’s are miserable 😭 you can tell by how they treat you. I think today was my last day ordering from them. Rather drive down the road to get better service and a correct drink.

I encountered an issue with my order and asked the shift lead to make a correction. Unfortunately, she was quite rude, and when I walked away, I noticed her whispering to another employee. I requested the manager's number to call, but she simply told me to contact corporate. I had thought that if an order was incorrect at Starbucks, they would resolve it without any hassle. During my visit to Dallas, I was very disappointed with this experience. Good customer service really makes a difference.

Archie did an amazing job, made my drink just how I liked it and with upmost efficiency! The girl that took my order, Taylor, severed me with a smile. I loved the atmosphere of this location! If I see they both I’m definitely coming in again!!

Nice staff but they usually give me wrong order, Today again I ordered chocolate frappe and I asked to be more chocolaty they give me mocha but bcz it takes forever to get my order I had to go didn't say anything but disappointed

As regular Starbucks costumer . The staff at the Dallas Galleria is always right on point. Archie, Lane and Jorge always take care of me,and other Costumers with care , a genuine family care always with, a worm smile and respect 💖😇 No matter how busy the Starbucks is.... Specially being the Dallas Galleria,which for obvious reasons gets a lot of traffic.. They always take care of each and every single costumer like if that costumer was VIP.
