I like this location because it has more seating options and great service. Not saying the other locations aren’t good but this location works best for me as it adds to the appeal of Preston Arbors Center.
Starbucks at Preston and Frankfort is one of the best locations in Dallas. The quality of customer service is first-class. This is probably due to the store manager, Andre, who really cares about his customers. Rudy is his right-hand man and does an excellent job as well. There are other Starbucks locations where the customer service is horrible, specifically the Starbucks at Beltline/Quorum and the Starbucks at Midway/Beltline. I would recommend avoiding these locations whenever...
Call the names out louder! There's Christmas music playing loudly, 20 customers talking, and the baristas call out the orders in a barely above whisper volume. If you're not standing RIGHT THERE by the counter, you won't hear your name called out. Don't be shy, speak up!
