The customer service was lousy today. Waited in the drive thru for at least 17 minutes. When I got to the window-they did not even acknowledge my existence- the barrista looked over at me and then told another employee- "thank God I'm not at this store tomorrow "- everyone had a sour look in their face- no one apologized for the lengthy delay-they were just a bunch of miserable looking people who were clearly not happy- very sad for this store because it has always been my favorite...read full review
