The manager Liz is super friendly and attentive and consistently provides premium customer service! She goes over any beyond to make sure you’re satisfied and always has a smile on her face which is refreshing to see!

The manager Liz is very rude and treats her employees very badly, has very bad odor and when I asked to get my drink made she has a very nasty attitude along with another girl name Julie. Been coming here for a while and there’s always homeless people standing around, the bathrooms are disgusting, the employee area is never cleaned and there’s dust everywhere on the appliances. The drinks never get made properly and when I complain to the manager of the store they still didn’t do anything about me getting treated poorly. The attitudes are still there.

Super slow to

i frequently visit this starbucks as i prefer what it has to offer over other starbucks in the surrounding area. it is recently renovated, plenty of seating options, and the staff has always been kind and accommodating. i once asked for the music to be turned down slightly as i could hear it through my headphones. the barista was super nice and even offered for me to choose the radio station. she was super helpful and i greatly appreciate it. today however, the music station was disney/showtunes which was distracting and loud. i could here it despite wearing over the ear headphones with music playing. when asked if the station could be changed, the barista first told me it couldn’t be, which i thought was odd considering my previous interactions. then she seemed to get defensive asking “do you not like my music?” after being honest and saying no, she did change the station. About 20 minutes later she changed it back to the disney/showtunes station and i decided to leave. i feel sad leaving this review because of the good experiences i have had so far here, but today was not it!

I don’t come to Starbucks often because I’m intimidated by all the choices hahahBut i came by the drive thru to bring my boss something yesterday morning and I spoke with Javi who made everything so easy. He was so kind and helpful and really made my day brighter. If you’re coming in, cross your fingers that Javi serves you for an extra nice day <3 thank you Javi!!
