I have been coming to this location everyday for the past year and a half and I want to say that the service has really gone downhill. I ordered my usual coffee yesterday and I thought it tasted weird, I looked at it and I realized the milk they used was spoiled. This is the first time this has ever happened to me and I am extremely disappointed.

Only a few baristas actually take their job seriously I order the same matcha latte almost every day. The inconsistency is crazy. The order clearly says no foam but they almost aIways leave it. I ask for 4 pumps of syrup I don’t get that on most days… I think it’s time to leave Starbucks alone and make my own lattes. No one care about you more then yourself.

The new single cup machines are awful. They don't taste like drip coffee. It's not the same. They keep making things worse at Starbucks not better. The people here are great.

The atmosphere is never bad at Starbucks, it's always a good place to relax. The service depends on where you go, usually they serve me well, although some become apathetic compared to the majority. And in food it is simply a matter of taste, coffee is good and any drink is good, but the appetizers or breakfasts are not to my liking, they are not bad, but it is not the appetizer that I crave. Recommendation: Matcha Frappe <3
