Not following the details of the order.
When I ask them to correct they show rude attitude.

Most of the people are friendly, but they don't know how to make salted caramel hot chocolate. I get it, it's an older drink, but it's my favorite. One gentleman has offered to try to find out how to make it. Got regular hot chocolate this morning and it was lukewarm when I got it. Still good.

If I could rate lower I would if your time of closing is 9 you stop at 9 not 8:55 like when I pulled into the drive through. I was ran from when I pulled up to the window and I could see the employees staring at me through the little window in kitchen door

Every time I come here, my drink is either wrong or nasty (or sometimes both). I only get hot chocolates, so I have no idea how every time I come to this location, it's never good. I most recently got a peppermint hot chocolate and it tasted like chocolate and a fistfull of cinnamon.... no peppermint at all and completely disgusting. Avoid this location at all costs.

This place has definitely went down hill this year, it seems to me that they’ve only hired very rude and or robotic employees that gives very lukewarm customer service. The employees that were vibrant and made going through the drive thru manageable no longer work there which is the shame. I used to visit this location almost every day before my shift, but after too many bad experiences in the drive-through today will be my last day.
I would also like to mention that the “new”manager here always seems to have a little attitude which sucks because I know that in creating a warm work environment, stems from the management and if they always have a snotty attitude, no doubt the employees would too it’s just not worth visiting this location anymore.

Drive thru not very friendly hostess. Coffee was pretty weak and really didn't meet normal standards. White Chocolate Mocha was pretty poorly made. It was like I was an inconvenience just going through the drive thru.

Came thru the drive thru on today and let me just say “THE VIBES WERE VIBING” Madi was on point she made my day! I told her if I got her everyday, then every day would be a GOOD DAY! 🫶🏾

Rebecca today was the must unbelievable manager that I never saw in customer service. We wait 15 minutes then coffee was not coffee, was hot milk, so the guy said I will make it right, basically was not coffee in the cups, second time and 30.minutes wasted coffee was bad. Usually we coming to Starbucks 4 times a week, but paying for some milk and not coffee on it, doesn't make any sense. We came to talk him to please add a little bit of coffee and Rebecca jump on top and said not, then we said we'll is not way that you guys can not do a second chance coffee right, and the cofee was half fill and she ask me to leave the store, I asked for my money back since they are not want to add coffee on it. Sad how a bad manager can just put regular customers away. Last time in this store. I just posted my review but I started reading all the reviews and are unbelievable how the store is runing. I advised everybody in dallas area be away from this new beautifully location with no sense of custumer service and they don't know make a coffee it all. I prefer my house cofee or seven eleven latte machines instead of coming here to waste money and time.

I placed an order on DoorDash. The dasher texted and said lid wasn’t closed properly so the contents of my order spilled. He delivered it anyway and then I looked inside my cup and it turned out they gave me MILK. Not the chai latte that I ordered. Regular 2% milk.
