I went to this location this morning and already noticed that there was several items out of stock. Also the attendant asked me to wait a moment, yet 10 minutes go by and I still haven't ordered anything. I got frustrated and left. She was clearly working on to-go orders which I will have to place more blame on the Store Manager. Store Manager, WHY would you have ONE worker in Starbucks during the BUSIEST season of the year? Why aren't you adjusting the quantity of items needed during the holiday season? Are you sure you're qualified enough for this position? If finances are an issue, why can't you just hire for a PT position or at least cross train more of your employees to assist when needed? I can see if this wasn't a regular occurrence at this location. I am sure your bad management is why no one wants to work there.

Ordered a matcha latte - tasted like milk. No sweetener, barely any matcha flavor and it was not blended in properly so there were clumps of matcha everywhere. Service was fine, but really annoyed by how stingy they were with the matcha. Had better matcha lattes at other Starbucks for sure.

I usually enjoy Starbucks, but this location was really disappointing. My order wasn’t put in correctly, and when I politely asked for it to be fixed, the barista was rude about it. The service was also very slow even though there were barely any customers. Definitely not the kind of experience I expect from Starbucks.
Extremely slow and they didn’t get the order right even after it was said to them multiple times. When we asked for what we ordered, the barista was extremely rude. Won’t be coming here again.
Do better. You’re in the line of customer service and I understand a long day and people facing but we weren’t rude about it, there was no need to give attitude about a simple mix up.

They're not prepared properly, they don't beat them well. I ordered a machalate and they didn't beat it; it had lumps.
Very rude customer service i purchased a drink yesterday it was horrible i always go there do the convenience of being right next to where i work. I went in this morning to get my drink remade again i didn’t had the chance to go back yesterday do to me being busy at work the rude female young worker was extreamly rude saying that they couldn’t remake my drink do to the drink being made yesterday and plus on top of that she was asking me for a receipt which i was never given one to begin with. Im a loyal customer i always be ordering there all the time im very disappointed at the customer service its sad how they didn’t solve the issue appropriately the customer is always right no matter what they just lost a very loyal customer

Sucks that I even have to write a review to be honest but hopefully, there is a change. First, this Starbucks is EXTREMELY inconsistent when making drinks. It’s crazy that I have not once had 2 drinks taste the same. Starbucks provides the recipe, provides the lines on the cups, and has PRINTED modifications on the stickers, yet, it seems like every barista will make the drink differently, putting their own spin on my drink. Reminds me of how tattoo artists are. Secondly, there is a complete lack of urgency from ANYONE working here. There has been so many times I’ve came to Starbucks, been the only person in the lobby and it still takes 10+ minutes to make a drink, and 5 minutes just to get anyone to take your order. I’ve had to change my own schedule for getting ready just to make sure I make it in enough time to stand around and wait to order, wait to get my order, then when I get it, it’s wrong 90% of the time, so I have to factor in the time it takes to wait for a remake. If they weren’t so busy trying to stand around and do nothing, often just standing around watching the oven warm up pastry items, I wouldn’t have to wake up 30 minutes earlier. Yes, I’m aware that it’s a choice to get Starbucks, but these problems will continue and don’t seem to be headed in any direction except down. Lastly, there is some attitude as someone else mentioned in their review, especially when it comes to remaking somebody’s drink. I don’t quite know how to put it in words, but it’s loud and clear.
P.S., a barista dropped the whipped cream dispenser directly on the floor from the fridge, nozzle touched the ground, and she then proceeded to use it to add whipped cream to someone’s Frappuccino after the nozzle was on the ground. Probably didn’t even register that she did that but that just goes to show we need to stop just “going through the motions” when people are paying 8+ dollars for a drink.
