Bad customer service, poor coffee quality! Messed up my drink, I called and inform the staff was told to return and would honor free coffee. I returned a week later when I return to that side of Dallas! Had to rudest encounter with Belena she proceed to scream through the drive thru speaker she doesn’t have notes regarding my free coffee. Then continued rude nasty behavior at the window. Spoke with the manager was offer a free drink I declined after being treated poorly I will never return to Starbucks!

Placed an order for pickup and had to wait over 30 minutes for it. Might as well go throguh the drive through and wait. No reason to place an order ahead and it not he ready when it said it'd be ready in 10 minutes. It was just egg bites.

I had an amazing experience at my local Starbucks today I met a wonderful girl her name is Ti She truly helped me and made my day a little better 🥰
One of the things that I like about Starbucks is that they are reliable. You can order your custom drink at any of a hundred different Starbucks and it is likely to be exactly the same. The baristas always are friendly and if something is not to your liking they are happy to fix it.
Drive thru was convenient but no menu? They never understand flat what small drink order. And they have no idea what a flat is. Guess i shouldn't be surprised since they dont know the difference between a latte and a cappuccino is either. Starbucks get back to the basics and start making real coffee!

No one is smiling it took them 20 minutes to make my whit chocolate mocha and cream cheese danish. The manager called my name to let me know my order was ready. She seemed in a bad mood not smiling just went on her business like I was bothering her. I advised to her why is she so rude and not being more welcoming? She could not answer, I will never ever go back there!!!!

I came to this Starbucks to get a Chocolate Chip Frappuccino, the service and the attention were right on point. The order came out fast, the store is very clean, and the staff always takes care of all and every costumer with a bright smile. I will decently be coming back to such a beautiful Starbucks like this one. The staff treats you like family 😇🤍🇺🇲
