Wouldn't serve lattes to customers in line, only to customers who ordered online- so for everyone who waited in the (long) line, there is only espresso and drip coffee- and they simply refused to make an iced latte. Very disappointed after 12 hours of travel.

Failed the deaf system. I was told to them to bring to me because I can’t hear any one who called the name to bring the drinks. Please improve your system with tv with orders number and names so everyone can see it like another Starbucks

Got it wrong twice. $10 for a coffee and can’t even put coffee in it. Received hot milk and then cold milk and subsequently threw both directly in the trash. Also kept long line and no A/C or was running a heater overtime. Skip it.

One of the better Starbucks’ outlets that could be found in the airport. It could have been even better if they manage to brew some good coffee and put good stuff on shelves. So far it’s good but it has got all the potential to become a great coffee shop around.

All staff were nice except the gal making the drinks. She didn’t appear to want to be there at all. Very rude and short with all the customers. When she made my drink with whip cream after I requested no whip cream she threw the drink in the sink and didn’t say a word to me about it. Just kind of glared. Very rude for sure. This was at terminal D10 at dfw.

They don’t know how to make an ice caramel macchiato. It was more like flavored milk with a hint of coffee. Disgusting. Will not go there again.

Horrible service, staff talks to each other full time as well as other airport staff, not focused at all on being efficient and making coffee for customers, no manager oversight at all, or manager is the one setting the bad example!
Ordered a drink and some egg bites. Got my food had to wait 20 minutes for my drink. That was supposed to be an iced matcha. It was milk and foam. And the girl behind the counter was rude.

Great as always, just make sure you have plenty of time before you board your plane, it can be pretty hectic in there! Oh and don’t forget to tip! They definitely deserve it!

Very bad customer service at Starbucks Terminal D. Employee was very rude i asked for a Stirring stick she made me wait for 4 minutes until she « finishes what she was doing » whereas the sticks were just in front of her!
