The cashier really nice today she help me out with a drink I wanted something hot but sweet and my sister got a mango dragon drink the black girl who was doing the drink was super rude she slammed our drinks in the counter I get it people have bad days but don’t take it out on costumers we even said thank you she mugged us and walked away so unprofessional

The staff there were extremely rude. They laughed at me the entire time just because I have a Latin accent and they claimed they couldn’t “understand” what I was saying. It was humiliating and unprofessional. The employees who treated me this way were Black — and I can’t help but wonder how the story would be told if the situation had been the other way around. Discrimination is unacceptable in any direction.

Trash! Obviously you can't order online and pick up in store, horrible! The cold cream machine was out of order, horrible! You can't pull up the menu in the app, horrible! The baristas stood there in conversation the entire time, horrible! This is why I prefer Dutch Bros, it's always a vibe there!! I will not return, I don't care how many $3 drinks you offer!!

I asked the man if they were open and he said no and that they close at 8p. It was 8:45p and everything looked open and the hours posted were 9p. He had zero customer service from the minute I said hello. Even if you are closed, you are a representative of Starbucks and target. I am a manager at another service industry company and I would never be ok with that type of person working my store.

They treated us horribly, I don't know if it was because we were Mexican, I can't find any other logic. The guy offended my daughter thinking she wouldn't understand English. Truly a very unpleasant experience.

I ordered a white mocha frappuccino and ended up chocolate cookie crumble, two entirely different things. Way too much chocolate so I was not pleased at all!!
