I asked the man if they were open and he said no and that they close at 8p. It was 8:45p and everything looked open and the hours posted were 9p. He had zero customer service from the minute I said hello. Even if you are closed, you are a representative of Starbucks and target. I am a manager at another service industry company and I would never be ok with that type of person working my store.

They treated us horribly, I don't know if it was because we were Mexican, I can't find any other logic. The guy offended my daughter thinking she wouldn't understand English. Truly a very unpleasant experience.

It was empty of customers & I was the only person in the store & in line. I'm not a coffee drinker or a Starbucks regular, but if the original person was the only one I had to deal with. It would have been ZERO stars. Thankfully the young lady barista saw my angst and jumped into it for me.
