I have been going to this Starbucks for years and honestly the staff and drinks here are never good. I bought a Frappuccino and the barista was so rude when I politely told her she forgot my drink and then she handed me the most bland tasting java chip Frappuccino. Do not go here!

Horrible service. Got us a chicken pocket instead of a falafel one. On confrontation, there was no apology but rather got told that this is spicy. How insensitive can you be towards your customer. Even robots are better than this these days!
Edit- the manager was sweet, and came to us with concern, apology, as well as refund.

5 stars because my drink was coming out bitter not once but twice and Hilda cared enough to get my drink to taste correctly. She is amazing, caring, and hard working! Thank you Hilda! 🫶🏼

This is the only Starbucks location that has ever given me my drinks almost half empty. I order the same thing at many locations and this has never happened at the other locations. Really bad service.

Common sense tip: stop asking people for their order when you’re not ready and then asking them to repeat it because you didn’t actually take their order and were probably just trying to beat a management metric. Happens everytime at this location specifically. Maybe management directed them to be this way 🤷🏽♂️ it also slows down the line having people order twice for no reason. But im still giving a high rating because the cashier at the window, who didn’t take my order, was so friendly and on top of things

I came inside after a long night of being on the street for the 4th day between apartments gentleman treated me like a person.he politely told me i can give you one cup of water and accepted his offer. There's a high population of homeless folks around here, so I understand where there's some players coming from but I wanted to just note that it was fantastic that they3y didn't turn me away and that he was very polite. Don't over look Mr.Jeshue his kindness was right on time! Thank you

They made my drink wrong and gave me a lot of attitude to get them to fix it. They even laughed at me. Absolutely the worst Starbucks experience I’ve had.

I usually order a Venti Shaken Espresso with extra salted cream, and I’ve had it the same way at many other Starbucks locations. But at this store, the drink tasted completely different—overblended to the point where I couldn’t tell if the espresso shots were even in there.
When I politely asked about it, I was told “that’s how it is” in a rather unfriendly tone. I even offered to pay for an extra shot just to fix the taste, and I was charged for it.
But thinking about it now, a company like Starbucks usually prides itself on customer satisfaction. Shouldn’t there be the option to remake the drink if it’s not right? The way I was treated today was disappointing and left a really bad impression.
