Your standard Starbucks fare. Very consistent. Would recommend, and can’t say anything really noteworthy that would seperate this location from others, BESIDES the staff being super nice.
I was looking for some souvenirs while travelling and they took some time out of their day to assist. They helped me track down some options available in the area and made recommendations.
Other than that, location is standalone and not busy. Interior is warm and inviting. Very chill and quiet.
Would recommend!
Parking: Location is a standalone in a mall type area. Lots of free parking available. Lot was not busy.
Kid-friendliness: I would strongly recommend not bringing kids into Starbucks as it’s generally a pretty chill and tame atmosphere. I would also like to hope that children are not having caffeine but your call on that.

I only came this 11844 Josey Ln, Dallas location twice in the past 30 days. Both were screwed up. First time, the ice did not get grinded thoroughly which blocked the straw; today, I ordered green tea and they gave me mocha. When I asked them why, they said that is the only type of something they have. Never experienced this before in other stores. I will for not come back to 11844 Josey Ln, Dallas, below the highway 635 bridge.
Beside, can the review be negative? I think I am abusing the one star…

Young lady and her fellow coworkers that on 01/15/2025 around ~2PM were very rudely given drinks to an app orders. Regular customer here, usually the white elder ladies or young guys and long curly hair guy with make up and also short black her you g lady have been taking really good care with just a welcome in and handled drinks to customers very nicely. However on this day, customer came in to picking up 5 drinks, politely asked for a big bag with some stickers to cover all the lids but the skinny young lady with kinda curly hair-ish brown skin threw the stickers and a bag to a customer. Customer asked for a bigger stickers, without saying a word to customer she threw it again then be on her phone at all time , still no words since beginning to the customer then ran to the back where the inventory stuff. This is very disgusting attitude towards the customer. Therefore her coworkers( short young men with curly hair who were taking care or drive thru) saw she did and just laughed it off in front of the customer. This type of attitude and service deserves to be review and not allow to work in customer service environment at all. Very disappointed. Unwelcoming behavior in Starbucks really?! Management team?

Drinks are done sloppy and every time I get a drink it’s missing one thing or the other. They definitely need to make some improvements to better the quality of service on drinks and on service too. The baristas who work there look like they always in a bad mood not wanting to be there. I usually order caramel Frappuccinos and I always get them with caramel drizzle without having to ask for it. Today there was one barista who decided to charge me for the caramel drizzle and he said it’s always been that way. I can assure I have never heard of it bc the caramel comes with it. I am very Unsatisfied with the service provided compared to other Starbucks locations. Management needs to work on many areas. I am sure nothing is going to be done.
