I visited on Sunday, February 15, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The food was overly salty, which made it difficult to fully enjoy the meal. Additionally, the prices felt high for the overall quality. I was hoping for a better balance of flavor and value. I hope the restaurant considers this feedback, as it could be much better.

If you order an item with Truffles prepare for a delightful meal. You wont have to search for the flavor, smell or the actual truffle.... your dish will have so much truffle - it was delishious. The steaks were also amazing. We really enjoyed Oscar... he paced our meal so we were never rushed or waited to long.

Absolutely outstanding! My wife and I came here for Valentine's Day. We were a bit nervous being this the first time we dined here. Bottom line...this place was outstanding. Probably the best service we've ever had in a restaurant. At times it felt like we had TWO waiters. Huge shout out to David, our primary waiter couldn't have been more helpful and attentive. Now on to the food. Excellent. We had the pre—fixe Valentine's Day menu, which was a bit pricey but nonetheless absolutely delicious. My wife had the filet and I had the NY Strip as our main course. Both were incredible. Both were perfectly cooked and the NY Strip was just as tender as the filet! Another standout were the Beef Dumplings! We will definitely come back to try their regular menu and more beef dumplings, LOL!

Had the chef's menu experience and it did not disappoint! This was a check off on the bucket list...eat at a restaurant with a Michelin rating. This was a whole experience from beginning to end everything was beautiful, elegant, timeless and wonderful. From the amazing staff to the perfect courses, every bite was ineffable and unforgettable.

This is a Michelin-star level steakhouse experience and it was genuinely excellent. I ordered the filet mignon along with Brussels sprouts and mac & cheese, and everything was absolutely delicious. The filet mignon was perfectly cooked, extremely tender, and very filling on its own.

One mistake I made was ordering two sides — honestly, one side is more than enough because the steak portion is quite satisfying. Also, they serve a loaf of hot bread as soon as you’re seated, and it’s out of this world. Between the bread, steak, and sides, the meal becomes very hearty.

Overall, the food quality and overall dining experience were top-notch. I would definitely love to visit again.

Amazing!! Husband surpsied me with a date here for valentines. And it was so good. From the service when you first walk in, to the atmosphere of the restaurant. I love a good dark lit and moody steakhouse, with some windows with somw cool down town views. Food was soooo good..my steak was like butter! Melted in my mouth! And service amazing!

Stillwell delivers a truly elevated dining experience. Brittany and Nicholas were exceptional, polished, attentive, and deeply knowledgeable, guiding us through the menu with care and confidence.

Every dish was thoughtfully executed, from the pull-apart bread and beef dumplings to the steak and lobster tail. The cinnamon roll with ice cream was a standout, both inventive and memorable, especially with the story behind it. A visit from the general manager added a personal touch that doesn’t go unnoticed.

A Michelin star well earned. Service, hospitality, and execution at the highest level.

First time dining here. Everything was delicious and service was very good as well. Will definitely put it on our rotation of our usual restaurants.
We shared the petite cold tower, the dumplings, wedge, and really enjoyed the caviar service. It was served in its original tin and not in a bowl (like some places do, I always frown upon that). The chablis was delicious and my husband enjoyed the side car cocktail.
This restaurant is great for special celebrations as well as dinner out with friends or family.
I highly recommend it.

Walking in felt like stepping into J.R. and Bobby Ewing's private dining room. The décor is dark and moody yet grand and opulent. The bar area is separate from the formal dining room, where we were seated beside a massive, central fireplace with cowboy hats lining the walls. The vibe is pure upscale Texas cattle-ranch luxury.

From the place settings to the linen tablecloths and napkins to the tuxedoed service, everything felt intentional and impeccably curated. Service was formal in the best way--they even served from the proper side each time. The attention to detail was next-level, down to removing the seeds from the lemon slices.

This is truly a meat lover's paradise. No part of the cow goes to waste. Portions are generous, and even ordering only appetizers felt like a full four-course meal. The crab bake was a huge mound of fresh, buttery crab--absolutely delicious. The pork belly over grits was an excellent pairing; the grits were fluffy, creamy, and melted on the plate, while the pork belly was rich and flavorful. The bone marrow dish missed the mark for me--it arrived as a bone filled with shredded beef mixed with marrow and topped with scrambled eggs, but I was hoping for traditional marrow and bread.

And the bread--fluffy, soft, and paired with incredible butter. Pace yourself. The true standout was the beef dumplings. The gravy was so good I shamelessly used the bread to soak up every last drop and nearly licked the bowl.

Tomas took exceptional care of us. I stepped away for what turned into an impromptu restroom photo shoot and returned to find him waiting patiently at my seat (!!), my napkin perfectly refolded and placed back in my lap once I sat. That level of service says everything. The night ended perfectly with a decadent, moist chocolate cake for my daughter's birthday. When the check arrived, we were treated to chocolate-caramel candies that actually contain bone marrow--proof that no part of the cow goes to waste.

We loved the experience and can't wait to return.
