Had been there twice but during week. Service/food previously amazing. Now, slow, inattentive, cold food, never offered cracked pepper for salad, had to ask twice for a fork for my steak. Ridiculous. Hard to recommend now.

The food was amazing, the quality and portions of the sharable sides were excellent. The crispy potato salad was to die for. The wine choices were a bit over the top, but found an excellent wine we all enjoyed. Great Evening was had by all for my wife's 76th Birthday.

We had a lovely experience. The Chef's menu was delightful and allowed us the opportunity to enjoy a range of flavors. We agree with the suggestion we received from multiple sources. The dumplings are a MUST! David was an excellent server. Since we didn't do the suggested wine pairing, he led us through several great glasses which complemented our dishes. He kept us on time for our theater tickets and overall added to a great dining experience. Everyone was helpful and knowledgeable. Highly recommend for food and ambiance.

We love the hotel and everything it offers, which is why we were really hoping to enjoy the restaurant, too. Unfortunately, the experience fell a bit short for us. The espresso martinis weren't quite what we expected, the steak was just okay, and the dinner salad had something off with the dressing that made it hard to enjoy. We truly expected a better meal, especially given how much we enjoy the rest of the hotel, and we hope the restaurant can rise to that same level. We ordered the hamburgers at 10pm and the hamburger and waffle fries were the best! They were so good we ordered them for breakfast the next morning!

A flawless experience from start to finish. Incredible service, phenomenal steaks, and warm, professional staff. Waiter: Joel Sommelier: Ashton Hostess: Bella and even the Valet service was all exceptional. Very accommodating. Food and service was top tier. Highly recommended! The service was pretty slow. It took a very long time for us to get water or to be able to place order for drinks. We opted to skip appetizers and go straight to entrees because of how long it took to get drinks and bread. This was disappointing because we were looking forward to trying some apps. The entrees were ok. The salmon skin was not as crispy as expected, it was hard to cut through (chewy). One of the filets we ordered medium well and it came out far from it (under). The sides were really good. We had the mashed potatoes, Mac and cheese and the carrots. The porterhouse was nice. For it being Michelin recommended, it was disappointing.

We did the tasting menu for two with the wine pairing. The tasting menu was excellent and we enjoyed trying everything. I would pass on the wine pairing. We were served the same wine twice and there was some confusion on which wine was to be served with which course. Overall a great experience. I would go to Stillwell's again.

The beef dumplings were outstanding, the Caesar salad was excellent, the tuna tartare was so sweet I couldn't eat it, the kale salad was below par, the onion rings were too “bready”, the HWD beef was average. Mostly disappointed.
