Screaming kid behind me as i submit my complaint as the movie is still on while another guests phone has now rung 5 times with no action taken by employees. However, the employees are continuously bumping into the back of my seat and my legs and shouting across the theater to each other. This location has signs up requiring an 19% tip on all food. Outrageous! People should be able to only tip if they want. We will not be back!
ALAMO GOERS BEWARE!!!!!!! ❌❌❌❌
First off. The staff rudely stood outside the theatre door and was CONSTANTLY LOUD AND OBNOXIOUS. NOT TO MENTION STOMPING and using their cell phone lights.
Also to the party that came in right after the movie started and was disruptive, RUDE SOCIALLY UNAWARE and kept getting up and down.
We left after 20 mins. Not only will they not provide refunds the management has NO conflict training and can only stare with no response.
