Received subway coupons in the mail and haven't had a subway sandwich in a while. Clipped my coupon and stopped by this store on oak lawn. Ladies prepping my sammie were very nice. And then here comes the cashier/manager man. Wow what an unkind individual to have up front. Said no this store does not accept/honor coupons. I must pay full price for my sub. No discount, no coupon, no question. Now I remember why I never eat at subway! They have horrible customer service. I should...read full review

I saw someone else say he made my sandwich with disdain and hate. He sure did. I asked for one thing and it apparently inconvenienced him, honestly a terrible experience when I asked for bell pepper he gave me a total of 5 slices and when I asked for more he gave me four more. I reached for a cup because I normally do why would and he said I got it. I didn’t leave a tip and I normally do especially for raza. If you can avoid it please do find any other subway.

Very nice people my sandwich was made perfect all the reviews are bad but sometimes things aren't perfect I go to subway a lot and sometimes it's a good sandwich sometimes it's not but overall I had a great experience here. stay positive!
