DON’T GO!!!! Just look the pics!! One of the worst subway’s experience in my life, two old guys and a lady with the worst attitude ever, they make you the sandwich in a miserable way and they response every time with a bad attitude like if you are wanting to eat for free. WORST SUBWAY EVER.

Walked in for lunch to get a tuna sandwich to find out they cut the portions in half, but charge the same price. Not sure if it just this store or all of them now. It’s very disappointing.

This was my first time to visit this location. The gentleman preparing my order was also slicing bread for someone else. I asked him if it was too late to switch my bread to the Italian herb/cheese. He became quite agitated and told me it was already sliced then started speaking Spanish. This is incredibly rude and uncalled for. It was a simple question I asked him. His answer was no, and that should have been it. Instead he complained about me in Spanish in front of the other customers. I asked for his name and he refused. He was the only man working with one other woman who was very nice. I will let everyone I know in the neighborhood about the terrible service.

15 minutes in line to get a sandwich. You only had 3 customers but because your employees are ready to make orders (online orders)They do not care at all about customers in house. That’s rude

I ordered a veggie delight n chose all veggies extra but got this skinny sandwich. I don't think the guy knows how to measures extra n add. Some areas I had to eat just the bread!! Stingy pple should close their shops!

I was in a rush trying to get lunch on my break and they took for ever arguing and correcting me. I’m in my car crying on how bad of a experience it was. The workers are very rude , mean and talk to you like you are slow. I got out of there so fast that I even forgot my drink. I will never be going back to this location. I told the manager and he told me that at least they have a good clientele and it didn’t matter if I returned or not. I had coupons and they made it very hard for me to redeem. But that’s what I get for trying to save me a few bucks. Subway please do better.

Disappointing visit. Ordered two subs via the app, arrived and was handed my order. When I got home, however, both subs were completely wrong (some toppings from one on the other, etc.) So I head to the store and give them a ring to let them know I was on my way and the order was wrong. I got an OK. Then I got a call back from the store, and I was told "you need to bring those two sandwiches back so I can inspect them". Great. I had them. Get to the store and he still didn't believe they were wrong until we thumbed through the toppings and he finally admitted they were wrong. So, goes to remake them and then ends up passing me off to someone else. No apology, no discount, no coupon for next time. Nothing. I get it, easy enough to amok new sandwiches, but let's not forget that I had to drive to pick them up, drive back home, and do it all again and after tipping. Just expected a little more of an apology. I'll just go to the other Subway in the neighborhood next time.
