5 Stars SPECIFICALLY to Takea!! Placed a mobile order last night for family and it just came back....wrong (pics below). From missing ingredients to stuff not being cooked, it was just a bad time. Went up to the store today, and Takea was calm and understood everything. Re-made the whole order exactly the way we wanted it and it tastes GREAT. Big shout out to her for helping 🙌🏾

Because of Sam’s extraordinary customer service I will be back to this location more frequently! The way he was able to service myself and the other customers with a heartfelt gratitude and excitement amazed us all! I speak for everyone who comes in contact with him when I say thank you Sam for placing a smile on my face and a blessing to my day/week!

I asked for a specific order in the app, they gave me a wrong order, it was a new guy, he couldn't find our ticket order so he decided to grab whatever he saw first and put it in the bag, he didn't even apologize for being rude or the horrible customer service, we were waiting for about 30 minutes just for him to give us the wrong order, I asked for no peppers no onions and extra steak and he did whatever he wanted we asked for extra cheese in all of them and one of them even came without cheese and it was really dry, also they barely had any steak and it was a horrible experience never going back, do not waste your time.

Idk who y’all have working morning shifts but nobody told them to work at where they’re working. They tried to serve my bf and I COLD PHILLY CHEESESTEAK I am pregnant I can’t eat cold meats and the Philly is supposed to be hot right?? They had attitudes and just wanna sit down like they don’t have a job. Two men walked in after our refund and left right back and out ion know what they told them but it’s obvious they don’t like their jobs. Do better…

First off there were 2 cockroaches walking on the food. The worker was on a call and didn't say hello or acknowledges us. And the other worker was filling up sauces and we were the only ones there.

worst subway to eat from , never have anything available .i ate there a day ago and i have been throwing up i have diarrhea im thinking on going to the hospital the food is really bad . The avocado suppose to be green the avocado was brown i didn’t get it

Ordered on the app, driver didn't deliver, phone doesn't go through ? yall need to get with the times, why is there no corporate customer service number like other fast food places? Why don't you have a working phone? This is ridiculous. I'll be coming in for a refund.

UPDATE: It has been a WEEK and the manager is never in the location, the staff is rude, unhelpful and unfriendly. Your manager is a waste of space, this location needs to be shut down.

If you eat here after reading this I don’t feel bad for you. This place is roach infested, the cashier had issues accepting card payments and a roach had ran out the machine. The worst part is when they ignored it and moved on. Which tells me that a chronic problem. Bottom line just don’t.

This store was horrible. My sandwich was soggy bread, not Crisp vegetables wilted overall it was horrible. I asked for turkey club and I don’t know what they gave me. The meat wasn’t even cold. I’m afraid I’m gonna get sick im returning as soon as possible July 9, 2024 They should shut it down!!!!

First time I came to this subway
They had an African American guy moping the floor and he would get mad if people would walk in ,just rude !!! And they also dint have everything on the menu
We decide to give it a second try today and for our surprise 20 minute before closing time they had the door locked I understand they want to go home , but that’s no reason for closing early we all have jobs and we respect the time .
In my point of view cleaning to close should be done after closing not during schedule. People here get paid the most $150 a day that’s if so adding what they’re getting paid and the orders they’re not taking for closing early they’re costing subway money period
Little advice for the workers don’t like your job.
Find something you do like doing , we all have problems but we still do our jobs.

Every single time I come to this location on Lake June and masters, they’re closed early like 15 mins early. Not only are they not respecting the time that they close but they always give bad service, the employees are always rude and with a bad attitude. This causes not only for you not to want to come back to this specific subway but to any location because you can’t expect good service from the company. Sadly subway is just losing another customer! I have worked in the customer service industry and I know that cleaning up is supposed to be done after closing, once the client is out the door. However, it isn’t the first time that I come to this location and they’re trying to clean like 30 mins before closing!

Idk what this will do but it comes from higher up. If u owners / managers don’t care about customers then why have a store. Only one girl was working and the other just walked way. 5 people in line. The girl working don’t even know the menu.didn’t get to order. The wait was 25 mins.

HORRIBLE SERVICE THE LADY THERE TODAY 04.23.24 @ 1:50P.M. SHOULD NOT BE ATTENDING WONT MAKE ITEMS THE WAY YOU WANT AND BARELY PUT ANY VEGGIES. YELLS AT CUSTOMER AND CHILDREN. MADE A CHILD WAIT TO PAY FOR A REFILL. HE WAITED SO LONG JUST LEFT. STATES CAMERAS ARE BEING WARCHED AND THAT HER BOSS TOLD HER SHE DOES NOT HAVE TO DO ORDERS THE WAY THE CUSTOMER WANTS.
