Horrible experience placed an order through the subway app for delivery to my wife’s job and they delivered a completely wrong order. When I called the store the lady argued with me stating that it was ordered through DoorDash and there was nothing that can be done. I told her it was ordered through the app gave her the receipt information and did not want to help. Will never go to this store again horrible service

First time at this location a couple days ago and I wouldn't go back to this location.. While me and my husband were ordering food we started to question whether or not we wanted to continue ordering because 1. There was a bug zapper right next to the cashier which I understand the purpose but it just doesn't seem appealing when it's close to the food which made us question the cleanliness of the restaurant. 2. A ROACH was crawling all over the cookie display and that was a huge no for me. We ended up letting the employee know that we would be canceling the order. Not her fault but they need to work on making this cleaner and maybe more appealing for customers.

First time we came to this subway they let someone walk away with our pickup order. The next time we came they hadn’t even made our pickup order and we had to wait 45 minutes in the store before it was made. Now they have left ingredients off our sandwiches and they were disgusting. When I came to have the order replaced I was told to “go to another subway” and got laughed at in my face. Terrible service and even worse management. Would not recommend ANYONE go to this subway under any circumstances.

This location is awful! They make your sandwich on old, hard bread. The young lady that made my sandwich knew that bread was not fresh. When I got home and took it out of the bag, I felt that it was hard and dry. It was inedible. And, if you work there and don't have a babysitter, please find one. Behind the counter with the food is not where your child should be.

Ordered 2 meatball foot longs and a personal pizza on the app, when we got there, they didn’t have either of those things. The lady servicing was very rude or she was having a bad day. Alihya I believe was her name. (Red hair) We asked for 3 different meats and she said they didn’t have any of that with a really nasty attitude. She was rushing us to pick our condiments and was throwing the cutting utensils in the food bins and seemed very ANNOYED to be preparing the food. She answered the phone to a couple customer calls and she sounded very rude over the phone too. She acts like she can’t understand people when their English is not “perfect” but you can clearly understand what they are saying. People like her DO NOT need to be working on a food service place. She also tried to SUBSTITUTE my daughter meal for a cookie! Yes the audacity!!!Like she wasn’t supposed to eat or something , just because they didn’t have the pizza. She seemed to hate her job or was rushing to get out of there. The food was ok but not what we had asked for, which was in convenient since I’m paying for something I really wanted to eat. I give this place a 1 star mostly for the service. Not planning to go back anytime soon especially with this young lady working there. She is making all the customers go away.

5 Stars SPECIFICALLY to Takea!! Placed a mobile order last night for family and it just came back....wrong (pics below). From missing ingredients to stuff not being cooked, it was just a bad time. Went up to the store today, and Takea was calm and understood everything. Re-made the whole order exactly the way we wanted it and it tastes GREAT. Big shout out to her for helping 🙌🏾

Because of Sam’s extraordinary customer service I will be back to this location more frequently! The way he was able to service myself and the other customers with a heartfelt gratitude and excitement amazed us all! I asked for a specific order in the app, they gave me a wrong order, it was a new guy, he couldn't find our ticket order so he decided to grab whatever he saw first and put it in the bag, he didn't even apologize for being rude or the horrible customer service, we were waiting for about 30 minutes just for him to give us the wrong order, I asked for no peppers no onions and extra steak and he did whatever he wanted we asked for extra cheese in all of them and one of them even came without cheese and it was really dry, also they barely had any steak and it was a horrible experience never going back, do not waste your time.

Idk who y’all have working morning shifts but nobody told them to work at where they’re working. They tried to serve my bf and I COLD PHILLY CHEESESTEAK I am pregnant I can’t eat cold meats and the Philly is supposed to be hot right?? They had attitudes and just wanna sit down like they don’t have a job. Two men walked in after our refund and left right back and out ion know what they told them but it’s obvious they don’t like their jobs. Do better…

First off there were 2 cockroaches walking on the food. The worker was on a call and didn't say hello or acknowledges us. And the other worker was filling up sauces and we were the only ones there.

worst subway to eat from , never have anything available .i ate there a day ago and i have been throwing up i have diarrhea im thinking on going to the hospital the food is really bad . The avocado suppose to be green the avocado was brown i didn’t get it
