I ended up not getting what I wanted, because he told me I could not substitute onions for lettuce instead. I just walked out without anything. I thought subway was where you pick what you want, I guess things changed.

They say it’s open at 730am and I go to get lunch for my sons field trip and guy goes we not gunna be ready until 8am I’m like we’ll change the time on the window to 8 o’clock because it’s false advertisement never going to this unprepared subway again

Unable to order because the employee did not know who to make a new batch of rotisserie chicken. Why have it on the menu if they aren’t going to make more once it runs out. Had to go elsewhere to eat. 7 placed delivery order of footlong cookie, was delivered a churro. Had to drive back to get correct item. Employee said they didn’t want to make it originally. WTH?

The manger told me that I could not share my coupons with the other customers in the store because the store will lose money. I don't think it matters who I share my coupons with. I was very offended by this conversation.

Parking: store is near other stores so not too many spaces.
