This special vegan Mexican restaurant and bakery is amazing. Enchiladas, beans, rice, cookies, conchas and all other deserts were delicious and fresh. Absolutely loved the food! Tip: Check out the online menu because there are menu items on there, such as enchiladas for example, that were not listed in the restaurant menu. I chose this restaurant based on all the wonderful reviews, so I decided to leave my own review as well. My omnivore family members were a little skeptical when we arrived and I told them it was all vegan, but a few bites in and everyone agreed it was phenomenal. I tried four different "meats" in my tacos and I could definitely tell what each one was supposed to be. The rice and beans were also very flavorful and the tortillas were excellent.
