I got a meatball marinara and the meatballs were in a bowl that had no sauce in it and the bread was already burnt before the sandwich was even made. I had to repeat my order 3 or 4 times until they got it. Easily the worst Subway that I have ever been in.

7 employees to make one sandwich and all with very bad customer service. I honestly didn't want to eat my sandwich after being treated so bad and charged for the wrong sandwich. This location should retrain their employees. They need more menu knowledge and common courtesy.

This Subway maintains much of the feel of a typical Subway despite being in DFW Airport, including self-refill fountain Cokes and their own seating/eating area. A little cramped and higher priced but that is expected in the airport.

USE CAUTION! bill was $15.00. Saved my receipt. Checked my cc later that night and they added another $5 to total over 20. Tried to call but their phone won’t answer. Could be a mistake but potentially dishonest store knowing you’ll likely be far gone when you discover the fraud.

Dirty and Poor communication. We're traveling with kids and right when we sat down to eat they kicked us out 10 minutes before they closed so they could clean! $50 bucks we spent while traveling with small children. Boooooo!!

I bought a footlong #12 because the menu said it was $11.28. LESS than a 6"! But I was charged $18. I showed the manager and she said it was a mistake. Doesn't matter! I called them on it and I should've gotten that price. I even gave them a tip! (That was on me.) She refused. Anyway. I say that is bad customer service. Airport food is expensive as it is, but I was hangry.For that price, I should've gone to the BBQ place across the aisle.
