Food was mid and cold. Staff was overwhelmed and rude. Manager screamed at the people at the table next to us bc they sat in the wrong area and then screamed at the hostess. The chicken we ordered was crispy and delicious, as was the fried rice. The noodles were bland and undercooked. The soup dumplings had the thickest dough I have ever had in soup dumplings and barely any (COLD) soup. The bao buns had more dough than filling. Overall I would say the food was not worth the attitude.
Visited Art Park - Trinity Groves with some friends, and we placed a couple of food orders at Sum Dang Good Chinese, using the mobile ordering system they tell you to use. We were told food would be ready in 30 min, and 45 minutes later we were still waiting. While at the restaurant, 42 minutes after placing our order, a sign was put up that all pick up orders would take 45 mins. The food was ok, but my experience was over shadowed by the high number of waiters on staff and the customer service was subpar from the waiters. First when we walked in the hostess asked " how can I help you?" Like she trying to figure if we was in the wrong place. Second the manager was walking around looking and staring at us. No one was serving us except the bartender and we was not sitting at the bar. He was very attentive and understanding. We will not be returning ?
