Very low in flavor so the sauces was needed, but the time the sauces the food was coldThen we had to wait for a cheque and the waiter had us waiting no pun intendedSo we stood the there were some staff at the bar one who looked that the manager notice we were standing called the waiter no attention to detailThe food is not worth it the service made it worse

I came in for my order to be replaced after I was told those weren’t the portion size at first and had change them recently. The manager got upset because I made this review prior to him finding my order. He refused to give me my bag of food I paid for because he was upset that I left a honest review trying to strong arm me out my bag. I will be calling corporate and filing a complaint against him.

I order at sum dang good all the time. I came in to order orange chicken for my husband to go. I paid $19 and the portion size was the size of a child’s plate. Never have I felt so cheated out my money before. The price has went up $3 dollar in the last 2 years and the portion sizes have decreased. I won’t return here. I rather go to lower Greenville where their orange chicken is fresh and the portion is double for $16.

So Dang NASTY! Ew, ordered the chicken fried rice and it had NO flavor at all! There isn’t enough soy sauce in the world that could give this stale rice some flavor. Berrrru disappointed. If they can’t make a decent fired rice I wouldn’t trust anything else on the menu, all of the trinity grove restaurants are for atmosphere and location but never good food!

Ordered Kung Pao Chicken. The menu described common Kung Pao ingredients including spicy brown sauce. What I received had jalapeño’s instead of the traditional dried red peppers. It had absolutely no sauce. Was charged an extra $2 for fried rice and received cold clumpy white rice with a piece of egg and 2-3 kernels of corn. I’ve had better day old leftovers from Panda Ex.

45 minute wait for a table and then waited 32 minutes and gave up as no one staff member greeted us or offered to take our order.Not even an apology from manager when I confronted the manager.

There has NEVER been on even 1 of maybe 10 visits that something’s wasn’t either wrong with my order or just left out entirely.The staff of what seems like all 16 year old kids spend more standing around talking or playing with their phones than actually working. Also, the inside of this place has never not smelled like a backed up sewage system.My last visit will be just that, my last visit.Absolute trash.

Now I see why the reviews suck, the service in this establishment is horrible! I see that it’s not just a one off! The hostess with the long black hair and horrible bangs was the worst! She literally got upset because I said their online system shows my order should be ready by 810p so instead of her apologizing that it’s not reporting properly she asked if I wanted to speak to a manager! I did and he was very dismissive! Ask me if I wanted a refund or wanted to wait lbs! I waited and when I came in 30 mins later the same girl with the ugly bangs proceeded to act as if she didn’t see me KNOWINGGGG my order was ready & sitting on the counter! Honestly will never return to this place ever! They need new management asap!

The food was ok, but my experience was over shadowed by the high number of waiters on staff and the customer service was subpar from the waiters. First when we walked in the hostess asked " how can I help you?" Like she trying to figure if we was in the wrong place. Second the manager was walking around looking and staring at us. No one was serving us except the bartender and we was not sitting at the bar. He was very attentive and understanding. We will not be returning ?
