The lady was very rude I was just asking if I had to wait to raise my order to another worker and she from afar in front of everyone with you high told me you have to wait and she told the worker who attended me leave her and go to attend to someone else 🙅♀️ extremely rude they sell 🧁 sweets and what she lacks is sweetness in her life I don't want my order and I will never take anything from this store again

I was pretty undecided and the lady at the front notice and was super sweet and patient and even through in the fourth cookie for me for free! Great experience and great cupcakes and cookies! Will def be back for more in the future.

Extremely frustrated and disappointed in my most recent experience with this company. I have ordered cupcakes from them for multiple occasions. There was an issue with an online order where my Apple Pay card was charged, but they never received the order. I showed proof that the funds were removed from my account (showing Cleared) and they refused to make the transaction right. Four cupcakes were ordered totaling $36.11 for my son’s homecoming proposal tonight. Instead of offering to make the cupcakes, they said, I had to show proof of an order number. Now, I’m Having to get in touch with Apple Pay regarding the funds, removed from my account and find another bakery to make specific cupcakes. Terrible way to handle your customers that support you.

Okay……Look ? I had the pleasure of going to Susie’s Cake and let me start off with the impeccable customer service experience!!!!! I was greeted with an amazing smile, bubbly attitude, very engaged and enthusiastic baker/customer service cashier who told be ability what they have to offer in flavors. Then she told me about their very light, berry cake with fresh berries and she said it’s going to be good! So I opted for chocolate but was Blessed with a slice of the Berry Cake anddddddd babbyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy……. SHE WAS RIGHTTTTTTTT!!!!! It changed my whole life!!!!!! The light and fluffy cake layers, the light and fluffy icing, and then the fresh berries… mind you the berries inside were not compromised by the baking process they were fresh and still in tact!!!! They did not bleed through at all so you get that fresh berry experience!!!!!!! And that icing ??❤️? it was not over powering it was the perfect balance! l’m excited and will definitely be back! Thank youuuu so much for making my Birthday a memorably Absolutely Delicious ? one!!! You guys are simply amazing and Top notch!
