Ordering our cake was seamless, we had an appointment for the tasting and everything from there was online or by phone. They even color matched a specific dusty blue for me. Susie Cakes is located in Dallas. I came years ago when they first opened, and I wanted to pick up a few items while I was in town. The customer service was great. I tried the coconut, pink confetti, and carrot cake, and I got the lemon cupcake for my mom. The cupcakes were good, but just a little dry. I was expecting them to be moist on the inside. The carrot was super delicious and loaded with nuts. I highly recommend the carrot cake.
