I had an amazing experience at sweetgreen on Gaston this afternoon. The food was absolutely delicious, especially the smoked salmon, and the service was top-notch thanks to angel and Jermey. I highly recommend this restaurant as they have plenty of healthy diverse choices. The food and service quality was truly exceptional, I can't wait to come back!!!! The experience was satisfying from start to finish. The menu had something unique that kept me intrigued. As well the whole restaurant was highly clean from top to bottom.

this location is wildly inconsistent. I would stay away from the sweet potato sides, they look good on the website/app but all 3 times I have ordered they have come out basically inedible. The bowls are either a 1 star or 5 star depending on the day.

Every time I order sweetgreen for delivery, it’s .50- 1.50 per item to add toppings. Which isn’t a problem, the problem is that they’re never in my bowl when it arrives. The ticket to my order that lists each ingredient is always stapled to my bag, so my order prints correctly but is incorrect every single time missing half of what I ordered and paid.

just once, when i order warm roasted sweet potatoes on a harvest bowl for delivery (and pay an extra $2!) i would like to receive them. but alas, they're missing every single time.
dine-in at this location is amazing but highly recommend sticking to dine-in only.

Food is fresh and tasty but the service is always awful. They’re incredibly slow (or just understaffed), they don’t give you much food for $15-17 and my online orders are almost never ready on time. Or they’ll not have something and not tell you until you come to pick it up. Also, the to-go orders skimp on food.
My girlfriend Ordered the chicken parm salad to go. To our surprise, once home, we discovered there was no chicken.
Unfortunately, she paid $20 for a chicken-less parm. A very expensive piece of spinach.

A nice spot with plenty of veggies to choose from. I had the roasted tofu as my protein and it was yummy! The mushrooms were also good! I loved that they tossed the bowl with all of the ingredients I chose. Also, the portions are plentiful, so I have two or three servings in bowl.
