There is nothing to this quesodilla. They made a sloppy stacker. It's never this bad, this is not a cantina chicken quesodilla.
Not actually open until 2 AM. They seem to close before 1 AM.

Just went through the drive thru and dealt with the rudest customer service I’ve ever experienced. At 10:32pm on 01/11/2025 I ordered a few food items. We paid and realized I forgot to add sour cream. So I asked at the window if I could add it and had cash in hand to pay. The woman said no add ons at the window. I said “so I have to drive back through and order again?” She said yes, closed the window, and walked away. We were the only people in the line and parking lot. So, went to drive around to walk in to grab sauce because it wasn’t in the bag either and order the sour cream. The lobby was locked. So I went back through the drive and ordered sour cream, 10 mild sauce, 4 fire sauce. Only the sour cream was in the bag. I asked for the girl’s name and no one would give it to me. No one would give me any of their names. The girl came to the window and started asking me what the problem was, told me it’s policy so she didn’t understand why I needed her name. I told her she was rude and I was going to speak with her management. She got mad and stormed off. It was a completely weird and uncalled for experience. I would be honest and say if I did anything to warrant this experience and genuinely, we just ordered food and were met with agitation and aggression. On my receipt, her name is Lateca R. She was incredibly rude and should not be in customer facing roles at all. The rest of the team was complacent with her bad attitude and rude behavior which was insane because no one raised their voice at all except for her. They wouldn’t give me the manager’s name, the store number, or anything.

DO NOT RECOMMEND. We spent $35 here and they left out half of our items and the staff doesn’t care!! AVOID!!! One of the worst Taco Bells in

Visited this taco bell today. Spent $12 and got a cantina chicken quesadilla, and received about 2 to 3 slices of shredded chicken in the entire quesadilla. I also ordered a Doritos Loco taco supreme and did not receive the sour cream in my taco, and the taco shell was stale. I also asked for a cup of ice I received a kid cup of ice with no lid initially I asked for a large but received the smallest cup with no lid. The black girl at the window was rude when I asked for a second small cup stated that there is a charge for a large with an attitude, I did not mind paying for the large which was why I asked for a large she rolled her eyes and was rude store definitely need some training.
