Met the wonderful owner today along with wonderful food being served here and very satisfied and it is about mom and pop as you can get. It is a cash only restaurant. Hopefully one day they will have an ATM here. But the food is authentic.. corn and flour tortillas are homemade.. that's what I'm talking about!!!
I'm moving into the area and stopped in for a bite to eat after dropping off some boxes at the new homestead. The place isn't much to look at -- older building, bars on the windows, stuff like that. Despite the above appearances, I was treated to some of the friendliest service I've ever had, and the food was exactly what I needed -- especially the handmade tortillas! The food is great! The server with red hair was very friendly and welcoming. I had been passing this place my whole life and never tried it but i am so glad that i decided to today.Kid-friendliness: The waitress was so sweet to my baby!
