I just went by 25 minutes before closing and they were ignoring me, I tried calling and they hung immediately, I don't know what's going on but the past month I've had so many problems with this taco bell, the management needs to do something about it. Thank you, from a long time taco bell enjoyer.

If you use mobile order they will ALWAYS tell you to do an extra lap around the drive thru (which wastes time, gas, and patience...not to mention, defeats the whole purpose of mobile ordering)

Probably the worst Taco Bell I've ever been to. The drive-thru staff consistently gets my orders wrong, with the food coming out poorly wrapped, and I'm not given napkins, sauces, or utensils with my order.
And if I go at night, the drive thru staff will ask me to go back around their building (I'm assuming to help drive times).
Like guys, I know it's fast food, but this is EMBARRASSING service.

Ordered the chalupa meal but asked for beef instead of chicken. Now it’s 10 am and I’m probably one of the first to order lunch. The lady that took my order was super nice. I got my order and take a bite into the chalupa and see no meat at all and then I open it up and it’s chicken and barely any of it. The chalupa tortilla might as well been hard shell tacos cause they were easily left out over night. I looked at the receipt and saw that the person taking the order did put in beef. It really seems impossible to find anything good out there anymore.

So for about the third time, I did not get what I ordered and paid for. I ordered soft Taco Supremes and got hard shell regular tacos. I am so tired of spending $20 for one person and then getting home and finding shit you didn't order. Ridiculous!

Best night/overnight crew in the area! Food is never wrong and people working at night are nice. Plz treat them with some respect. I only come to this taco bell.
NOT SURE HOW MANAGMENT TRAIN OR HOW THEY HIRE MINORS WANT MONEY BUT DOES NOT WANT TO PUT IN A SIMPLE ORDER. AS I STOOD THERE SEVERAL EMPLOYEES SEEN ME STANDING AT THE FRONT WAITING TO ORDER AND THEY AVOIDED EYE CONTACT AS IF I COULDNT SEE THEM. IF ITS A POLICY HERE WHERE ALL CUSTOMERS ARE TO ORDER ON THE DAMN KIOSK MACHINE PUT A DAMN SIGN!!!! THEN THE KID WHO WAS WORKING LOOKED ALL HIGH RED EYES AND SO DID THE SHIFT MANAGER. GUESS HE WASNT CO HERENT TO TAKE A SIMPLE ORDER CEO DO BETTER OR SHUT DOEN FOR A BETTER RESTAURANT TO OPEN HERE

I order by Drive Tru and asked for more sauce and she asked you don’t want those? I told her yes but I would also like a different flavor. Ridiculous! My change was 7.89 and cashier tried to give me only $7 so yes they forcing tips. I went back and told her you didn’t give me back my change nor my receipt, obviously that made her upset. Do better Taco Bell! Just want decent customer service AND MY CHANGE!
I asked for #6 beef and they gave me chicken. Happened more than once. Won't go back they don't seem to know the difference
