If I could give zero stars I would I've had nothing but problems from this location and this morning was the last straw they stole 23 dollars from me because the person running the drive thru didn't cancel the order when asked as disrespectfully as I can say this i hope this store shuts down. DO NOT GO HERE the food is horrible customer service is worse and they will steal from you if given the chance

I just left this location, I picked up my online order. I didn’t receive the condiments that I asked for, no napkins, or utensils to eat with. The guy working the window was not friendly or welcoming at all. I don’t expect him to be excited to be at work, but at least greet the customers. AT LEAST GREET THE CUSTOMERS!!!

Food horrible. Ordered spicy potato burrito and chicken flatbread melt, potatoes were rock hard. Bread had mold on it def need an inspector or something

Really disappointed in this service and do not recommend. For reference, ordered 6 supreme tacos, and only two were actually right. The rest were like the one shown above...

Ordered a number 10, a 7 dollar box, and a 9 dollar box. Order instructions were not followed correctly and was even missing the cinnamon twist not to mention the cantina burrito wasn't even grilled.

Diego the manager specified he didn’t care that they forget my 3 items I ordered and when they tried calling there phone number is just rang and no one answered! I had to drive out of my way back up there and they made the items they forgot but manager told me face to face he didn’t care about what review I leave that he didn’t care about the customer!!!! Taco Bell Jake June Dallas Texas 75217 is the worst!!! Stay away
Use to be a quick bite that was affordable, now a Mexican pizza is outrageous.

Don't waste your time going to the Taco Bell on lake June and Masters the employees there will never get your order right they charge me 10 dollars I ordered three of them came out to $34 for a steak grilled burrito then they will give you give five layer burrito that will cost $2 then when you called them they tell you we'll I'm sorry but we don't hear that but when the lady at the speaker repeat back to order telling you what you got when it comes to the food it's totally different

I’m so disappointed. They did not give me a receipt. The chicken quesadilla didn’t have any cheese or chicken on almost half of it and the other half barely had any. Also they didn’t add any tomatoes to the nachos like they are supposed to… They don’t even try. Y’all need new workers!!
