The environment was okay...upon entering I was greeted with "Use the kiosk to place your order"...no welcome to Taco Bell, how can I help you. The ingredients inside my burrito were soupy and paste-like...not good. And my taco meat was spicy and salty. Not the ideal visit.

I visited the Taco Bell @ 1955 S. Buckner Blvd today at about 9am. The cashier who was at the drive through window(black female with a gray shirt) at the window was rude and disprectful because I asked for 1 additional cause. I even offered to pay for it!!!

We ate there Sunday the 15th at 2:30 and the food was fresh and very good. Best Taco Bell I had in a long time.
Has 2 drive thru lanes, but only one is every operating. Doing orders through app for drive-thru and they still send you around to park in pick up where we wait 15-20 mins for our food, when the parking lot and drive thru are completely empty. I always have to rewrap our soft tacos and repack the hard tacos because the insides are everywhere. They are rude and when you go inside they absolutely refuse to talk to you, they just point to the kiosk. This is the only Taco Bell in my daily route or I wouldn’t even go here. It’s unbelievable, every day the same.
