Co-wokers and I ordered to go from this Taco Cabana at 3923 Lemmon Ave, Dallas on 2/13/2025 the quality of the food was beyond disappointing. The presentation looked absolutely nothing close to what is being advertised on their menu. I personally ordered cheese quesadillias with all the fixings, which included guacamole and sour cream. The quesadillias were extremely dry and only had cheese between the tortillas and didn't come with guacamole or the sour cream. Another co-worker ordered steak fajitas tacos, again nothing like what is being advertised. No stir-fried onions or bell pepper, just meat and tortilla. I attempted to speak with whom, I thought was a manager and he became extremely rude wanting to only replace the meal and not refund our money. I took pictures of our meals and I actually had my meal on-site for inspection. Another employee in the back yelled out, "no refunds" after hearing me ask for a refund. I was aggressively told to come back and speak with the general manager, Abraham on tomorrow. I assured the stand in manager that I will be present on tomorrow to speak with the General Manager. I really hope this feedback improves the experience and customer service for future customers of this Taco Cabana location.

Hello my name is Shameka Brown, and on today I went to taco Casa to get the usual the wind was blowing. The grass was tall. I feel the breeze I went in and the young man helping me only knew so much he struggled. He didn’t quite know what he was doing, but I’m Shameka Brown so I knew period I ordered the two Ranchos, With ranch on the side, but guess what the ranch? Wasn’t on the side! I was baffled and shocked, and I marched my way back to the counter with receipt in hand to school the boy, the counter boy about courtesy respect. And acknowledgment I’m Shameka Brown, and that young man remember me for the rest of his life Shameka Brown Capitalize the word OUT for emphasis.
This place is hell! I just stopped in for food between them and shrugs across the street and within I had a tow truck trying to pull my car on Christmas ever ! After hour of going back and forth they got me for 100$ I left for for home without the food for my pregnant wife and kid because of the craziness . Beware and shame on on them I cannot wait till the shut down after this experience the guy in the little green tuck is they’re spotter

This place is such a horrible business they’ve resorted to towing cars from their parking lot. I seriously think they should reconsider this strategy given that no one actually eats here and the appearance that it’s busy could actually be a really good thing for them.

HIGHLY UNSAFE, poor quality food. Have had food poisoning on one occaision and on another car was being towed though I was buying food. OTHERS HAVE ALSO WARNED ABOUT THE TOW TRUCK CONTRACT THIS TACO CABANA HAS. AVOID AVOID AVOID AT ALL COSTS and don't support this unethical company.

Food was ok but not great like old times I ordered the sizzling fajita to dine in and they don't use the grill plate to keep it hot anymore, price is to high for what I got. This place is so lonely, the really need employees that wants to work and care about customer service.
