I had a very unpleasant experience here. When I walked in, the restaurant was empty, yet the man at the front didn’t greet me at all. He just stared at me. I asked about happy hour around 3:20, and he insisted they’ve never had a happy hour and that it supposedly starts tomorrow. That made no sense, considering it was clearly displayed on their screen and already listed on their website. Because of this, I ended up ordering online instead of in the store. Unfortunately, the rest of the staff was just as unwelcoming. The woman with twists who was working the cashier/drive-thru didn’t speak to me at all. I asked her questions and got no response. She didn’t say a single word and just handed me my food in silence. The only person who acknowledged me was someone in the back making food who said “have a good one” as I was leaving, which honestly didn’t feel genuine at that point. Overall, extremely rude staff and a very unpleasant experience.

This is my 3rd or 4th visit to this location amd most likely my last! Every time, service is horrible, food is wrong, common things like forks, napkins, hot sauce is overlooked. I'm just sick of this place. Chips were stale!

I would give zero stars if I could! The man was so rude! I couldn’t even believe how rude he was! He even yelled at me. NEVER go here. I had come a few times before and the food is pretty bad. But every few months I give it another chance but after today, never again!!! I will be filing a complaint.

Can't really tell ya anything as we never got waited on. We stood at counter while 3 people working there looked at us and went about their business. No one else was in the building customer wise, then instead of coming to wait on us, the supervisor on shift walked to a table and decided to start texting. Needless to say we left without ever being waited on.

I have enjoyed Taco Cabana restaurants since moving to Texas nearly 30 years ago. You can count on Taco Cabana to serve good quality quick-serve Mexican food. It's a little more expensive but exponentially better than that restaurant where people are always running for the border to avoid falling bells.

Husband and I was super surprised at the phenomenal customer service that was provided to us in the drive thru Saturday night. His name was Major. He was very polite, professional, and friendly! These days that's very hard to find!
