I visited this store and had another bad experience. I visit this location from time to time. This time when I walked in, nobody was at the register, and there was an employee at the drive thru and another one in a hoodie just sitting down in the spot where the to go bags are. Nobody acknowledged me or came to help me for over 5 minutes as I stood there almost right next to the employee sitting at the to go bags spot with their back to me. Maybe my Taco Cabana expectations are too high since I’m from San Antonio but I’ve tried to come here three times. First time: showed up 30 minutes before the published closing time and they were closed. The workers were still inside but they wouldn’t acknowledge me in the drive through. Love the Beyond Meat options!!!
I hadn’t been in 2 1/2 years after becoming vegetarian (I miss the flautas😩). The meat is well seasoned and fresh. I’ve tried the taco bowl, as well as soft/crunchy tacos. Can’t wait to go back! Polite staff, also.👍🏽
