I walk in and stand at the front for a few minutes to pick up a delivery. As I waited another customer came into the store. When that customer entered the store he was given service within seconds. So I go to the restroom and come back. I stand at the front again waiting for an employee to approach so I can give the name for my order. I got nothing said to me until after everyone else who wasn't black or African American was taken care of or acknowledged first. This is prejudice behavior. I would never visit this restaurant as a customer to be treated like a second class citizen in my own country. I do not recommend this place.

I purchased a Strawberry Margarita after Choir rehearsal just to relax until my shift work started. The Night Staff was very nice and polite. Although dine in closed while I was sipping they didn't rush me at all, cool vibes! THE MARGARITA WAS GREATTTT!!! 😁

Employee # 265986 is no smiley face at the drive thru window. I didn’t know I was 7 minutes late for breakfast tacos but there could have been a better way to inform me and given other options. Not just a No and silence. Just grabbing a coffee instead of a taco box she continued with her attitude at the window not giving my change back. I know it was only what 4¢ but I waited for my 4$¢ to be just as petty as she was. Yes, I want my darn change after that attitude!

Order the Cabana chicken bowl, was charged for guacamole, eww. I returned it, and wasn't refunded my money. Okay with that, but ..the restroom was horrible. A dead 🪳 and 💩, I did let the manager know. I was thinking, it was cleaned before they opened 🥴. Food was good after I got the thought of the restroom out of my head.
Staff was young and did not seem to have training. The staff was polite and helpful. My order was not prepared well and was served luke warm at best. Serving area was not clean.

This is by far my favorite Taco Cabana I've ever been to. The ladies that work here during the morning shift are so amazing! The food is great of course, but the staff is what makes this location so special. Highly recommend!!

This is the 2nd time the meat was cold at 2 different locations. I’m not sure if all the stuff other than the meat is cold and that’s what makes the meat cold or not. They need to turn the heat up on the meat

This goes to whoever is working at 9:17 p.m. on December 12th. A young lady took my order and handed me my food. A gentleman took my payment. Just want to say thanks to the staff that was working tonight. I appreciate how everything came out fresh! With restaurants, I try my best not to visit within the last hour before closing. Typically it's 50/50 on whether the food is going to be fresh or the same food that may have been sitting there for hours or from lunch time. I had the new mango tajin fried pie, in addition to the new brisket loaded fries. Fries. Like I said earlier, everything was fresh. The team was very pleasant. The fries were freshly cooked and not redropped into hot grease to heat them up so they wouldn't have to waste anything. The presentation was great. What the staff did not know was that it was my birthday. Just got off of a 12-hour shift. This is a great day And a great way to end it after not having a real meal since breakfast! Thanks again to the team.
