Ordering system doesn’t work. Corporate - take note. Staff team lead running today (may 30) does not manage orders and doesn’t know how to work the system or how to handle process. This took place May 30 at the Ross location at 7pm. Waited 30 mins after putting an order in and showed up to pick up food and the food was not ready. The location claimed it had no WiFi but when I showed up they found the order and began making it. I spoke with them about getting processes in place to make sure the great taco org doesn’t miss orders and received negative reception (as a business who wants to miss these). Poor local management, poor execution, poor hiring and poor customer service. I’d avoid this location despite having decent food. Execution and quality team leadership matter.

The bowl was really tasty. I was just disappointed because of the piece of plastic bag that was in mine. My father’s bowl didn’t have any in his. At first I thought it was onion skin, but it was a half inch that was part of a plastic bag. Bummer.

I’ve been coming here for years and the quality has noticeably been going down. It’s not a bad spot and it does give you the feel of authenticity; everyone wants a street taco that looks and feels like a street taco from Mexico but this place has overlooked one of the most important things from the Mexican culture and that is CLEANLINESS. Instead of investing in a brand new paint job, with colorful walls, they would have gotten more than 3 stars on this review if they just had someone wiping down the tables every 15 minutes, put a lid on the massive trash can next to the tables or at least picked up the trash that is on the floor and around the area. If this is how the place looks like where the paying customers are sitting and eating, I don’t want to imagine what the kitchen looks like. Whatever happened to mi casa es su casa and if that is mi casa, adios amigo! You can be a small, dingy, hole in the wall and authentic place, but you can’t be dirty because at that point, you’re just dirty.

We ordered the Birria Pizza, saw it on TikTok thinking it was going to be so big… it was tiny and wasn’t juicy at all. The birra was dry. The beans and rice tasted rancid, and the Watermelon Agua was straight sugar. This was a total of $55! Nothing was good. This is my 13th reason.

Total Rip Off $37 for 4 Birra tacos and a scoop of rice and beans is insane
I had their fish tacos recently. The islander was missing pineapple and other toppings. For almost $5 each that’s unacceptable.
