Awesome dinner. Food was fantastic and so was service. Everything was perfect. I also like that they have a designated waiting area in front of the restaurant. Rafael the server was awesome too. Will be back in 2 weeks!
Not a bad experience, but not worth the price. The menu felt underwhelming and the desserts were disappointing. Service was fine, but we were required to place our entire order at once because the kitchen was small and there were several large tables. At this price point, I expected more flexibility, at least to order appetizers while deciding on the main course. Overall, there are better restaurants in Dallas with a similar concept and a better balance of value and experience.
We've gone twice, now. The first time was dinner with another couple. Second time was just the two of us at the bar. We truly think Tango Room is the best joint in the Design District. Food and atmosphere are incredible, but the incredible staff is the icing on the cake. They're relaxed, fun, friendly, and attentive--everything you want in a nice restaurant
