I could write a detailed review but it wouldn’t do the experience justice. I’ve had tacos in every corner of the southwest as well as all over Mexico and these were the best I’ve ever had. Succulent slow cooked. The toppings were super fresh and delicious. I ordered four. My mouth was still watering so I ordered four more. I’m angry because I live far away and can only dream of having them again someday. And I will!!!!!
The Caldo de Res here is one of the top 10 eats in Dallas. Not the omakase, supper club, tasting menu bullshit that seems to be taking over this city along with its $250+ pp delusions of grandeur. The food and service are always fantastic. I actually have them feed my staff for breakfast with their breakfast tacos, which are absolutely phenomenal. A box of fifty or a hundred cures all ills and makes the start of the day wonderful.
