I can’t even book a reservation for a birthday dinner. I tried calling every day for the last week but nothing. Their online website for booking sucks. I called them, no answer. I left a voicemail, no response. I even messaged them on Instagram, they replied saying try the website even though I said in my message that the website isn’t working. It’s very unprofessional of them, maybe this will get their attention.

I bought $75 dollars tickets for Milagro Night on May 1st. The advertisement story on instagram said there was going to be a DJ and it was a salsa night. The food was good but there was no DJ and no salsa music at all. Only regueton was played. The only reason me and my boyfriend went to this event was so that we could dance salsa. I feel very disappointed that this restaurant lies about their events and what they really offer.

The ambience is beautiful. The service staff was very friendly. I ordered the Vegetarian Quesadilla & it came in so greasy, mushy, and poorly taste. I didn’t even eat them all. The worst part was I got Food Poisoning after we left the restaurant. We were at the Mavs Playoffs 1st home game & it was embarrassing and uncomfortable that I had to run to the toilet twice. The last trip I almost passed out. I called and spoke to their Manager Robert Wilkes. He was rude, defensive, and very unhelpful. We certainly NOT coming back again and will let the word out…

Honestly very disappointed to try this restaurant and walk out 30 minutes into our reservation. We waited 10 minutes to be greeted and sat for our reservation and then sat at our table for 15 minutes without being greeted by a server or anyone for that matter. This sucks because the place is really cute and looks like a great time.

My boyfriend and I went for Thursday night date night special the atmosphere is beautiful and the service was good we had to wait a while for drinks and desert and to close out but our server was really nice the food was tasty and filling I just wish there was less fat on the meat both of our steaks were 50% fat and the lamb chops had a lot of fat on them as well. I got the skull desert for the show mainly lol it's supper chocolaty and I'm not the biggest fan of chocolate so it was a bit much for me but if you love chocolate get it I'd give the overall experience a 9 just because the meat was super fatty and we waiting for a while trying to leave although it looked like our server was really busy and I understand that I definitely say it's worth trying at least once idk that I'd go back.

The food is not very good here; we tried the enchiladas, octopus, fajita, and many dishes. First, the enchiladas were dry, and the octopus appetizer was decent. It was just too burnt like you can taste the burnt char taste. Lastly, the fajitas were a bit better than the rest, but the same for the enchiladas; it was quite a bit tough and dry for the steak. I’d recommend just coming here not for the food but go to their rooftop bar.
The atmosphere of this place is really very cool... The music, the people, everything is too nice.... The Latin party ? is lived here... Definitely come and spend a great night here that you will love ?

The restaurant was recommended to me and did not disappoint.We were a group of 6 and enjoyed our dinner here. The service was very attentive and gave us good recommendations; especially the vegetarian option was very tasty. We had a table inside in quiet area as requested. Thank you

Nice place but terrible service from the waiter. I went with two friends on March 27th around 6 in the afternoon and the place was alone, the waiter pressured us to clear the table as if it were full or there were people waiting, during my dinner he went three times to ask if he could remove the table now. dish, it did not allow us to eat and chat at ease, the drinks are very loaded with alcohol, for half an hour only one table for 10 people was filled and the restaurant continued alone and the waiter insisted, all in all, we asked for the bill and it was better to leave. I don't remember the waiter's name but he has Venezuelan features and very marked veneers.There are much better places in Dallas with the same prices and much better service.
