Always great! Good food, from a good place (heart). They give shine to your event or celebration to the group. Catfish, chicken and dem pork chops are A1!

I went for Soul Food Sunday to celebrate a friends birthday. The customer service is very friendly, accommodating and refreshing. The food was awesome. I think our table just about had everything on the menu from shrimp/grits, fish/grits, fried catfish, greens, cabbage, yams, broccoli cheese casserole, macaroni & cheese. I love everything. There is just one thing about the greens they had a spicy 'after-bite' than I am used to but that would be personal preference.

They advertised live band but music was from a playlist. Fish was good but did here that the chicken wasn't seasoned nor the waffles...staff was a little disorganized but the choices I had were great! Fish, mac and cheese, grits

Man each time we go it is an amazing experience. The food is the best soul food you could ever ask for. The staff are extra friendly and make you feel at home. This is my new go to spot. This place is not recognized enough. I use to think Sweet Georgia Brown had no competition but this place is the real deal. I love me some good soul food and now I have a new home.

Food 4star, atmosphere 4star, service 1star. Had 2pm reservation for Sunday August 4th. Arrived at 150pm and was greeted by an older gentleman who stated later on that he was a silent partner. Nice decor, nice atmosphere, nice location but parking is crazy so Thanks for valet parking. We was seated immediately however that's when the problems began. Took the waitress a few minutes to come to table. We advise that we were out of town , 1st thing there and of course we had questions. 5ppl at our town. She took 1 person drink order and just walked off. Came back about 5min. Took 2more ppl order and walked off again. So by there we had decided that if this was how it was gonna be to be ready when she came back so we could place food, drinks and appetizers. She came back in about 7mins and started taking orders again and TIRED to walk off again before we could finish and I literally had to stop her. Since tables are on a time limit we want to take full advantage of it. Ok All our was placed, mines 1st. Took about 15min for her to bring our water down drinks(from sitting to long at bar, ice had melted in them). Appetizers came out 1 at a time. Cool. However when the food start coming out 1 at a time. 3 ppl had ordered fried catfish for their meal. 2 plates of catfish came out with no sides. Another 15minutes, here comes some 1 else plate with no sides. Then came sides with no entrees. Mines was the 1st order (chicken and waffles with side of broccoli cheese). Got side no entrees. Mind u we are about 50mins in and of course trying to be nice and no our waitress NEVER came back to our table to check to see if anything was needed. I finally stop a young man and ask to speak to a manager. Within 5mins a very nice lady came over to table and explained the situation asking what's really going on. Is this normally how they serve food. Mind u the table next to use with the same waitress was having the exact same problem. Supposedly there was a system problem. Our names was still on their pads but not our order.Ok 8min later here comes my chicken and waffles. Yea. Hot chicken and cold waffles(,nope not warm) cold. Had to send back and just started eating my chicken and broccoli cheese(or so delish? Finally got a warm waffle and it was good. Would have been better if hot but at the point it's about 330 so I am just happy to finally get my order. Finally the gentleman comes up to our table to ask if everything was ok. When my friend tried to tell him of the food issue, he just walked out in the middle of her talking to him. And went to the next table. When they start asking who is and explain the exact same scenario a few jokes was made and he quickly walked away again. When the young lady went to the bathroom upfront by hostess stand, the gentleman is the nerve to tell her "oh yall still sitting there trying to get free food" WTH. And yes she came back and told us all what was said. Not trying to get free food. How about just get all our food to the table at the same time especially since u have 20% tip automatic added to each ticket which few of us refused to pay. Dont mind paying an awesome tip if its deserved. Not just because its expected. Then about 345 the busboy started clearing our table. Yes we were done our since our issues we had. Couldnt get to all enjoy our food together cuz by the time I received my food. 3 of my friends were done. Our waitress finally came back with the tickets and as we were leaving at 355, the gentleman thank us for coming. Oh but when we bought us about is stated he said the young lady(both tables walked out together) of that was a conversation between me and you. REALLY. It shouldnt have been said AT ALL. Would I recommend this to friends a d family, yes and no. Nice atmosphere and great good so sure go check them out if u just want go food. If u want God and service, I would definitely say NAW dont waste your time especially when u are on an hr and 55min time limit. The ppl bringing out the food and the lady that came to try to fix the damages were fun and on

Me and DP decided at the last minute to stop in for brunch and we do not regret this decision. We were concerned we may not get a seat due to not making a reservation but they were able to accommodate us. He had the smothered pork chop with sides of mac & cheese and broccoli casserole. I had the fried catfish with sides of grits and collard greens. I recommend also getting a side of roux for the grits. Chef TY did that!! The food IS delicious: hot, great portions, seasoned well and service was FAST! Our server was awesome! Taylor was knowledgeable about the menu and gave us great recommendations all with a smile I recommend reservations as the space fills up fast. Looks like you can't go wrong with any menu item. We will definitely be back!

I enjoyed Sunday brunch at Ten Eleven Grill. The music was on point, the food arrived timely. It was hot and delicious. This was my first visit, but definitely not my last. Stop by when you get a chance. It will be worth the trip.

Amazing!! Everyone from the valet to the floor manager was amazing. The shrimp and grits were amazing!! The fried chicken, seasoned great. I will definitely be back. My girls and I came for sunday brunch. We got lucky bc they say reservations are usually needed. We didn't have one and got blessed to be able to dine in. I live in Arlington and hate driving to Dallas but now I have a reason to.

Amazing food & amazing service! Lucky they had a table open for two people..I didn't know you had to make reservations. I know for the next time though. Will definitely be coming back!

Went for a friend's brunch. The food and cocktails were very good. Three stars for lack of organization, slow valet, cheap decor, and a tacky recognition speech given by the owner before everyone ate. Food is around $20 a plate. If I went again I'd opt for to-go.
