Houston Location: We arrived at our reservation and waited 10 minutes for the hostess. Once seated, we were uninstructed on how to order. Sushi chefs explained the process. Our waiter arrived 10 minutes after, taking our drink order. The app arrived before the waters, followed by the drinks after we ordered and received the sushi. Based on the reviews, TEN Sushi + Cocktail Bar has a very cool vibe with cherry blossoms and purple lighting, offering great ambiance. The food is wonderful, with specific highlights including the BG roll, smoked pepper salmon sashimi, forbidden roll, spicy domo, fried rice, ginger carrot soup, and house ginger salad. The cocktails are good tasting. Guests highly recommend asking for the servers, who are great, very attentive, knowledgeable on menu items, and provide phenomenal service with great recommendations. The restaurant is also incredibly helpful for events like a bridal shower, with easy-going staff for decor and set up. This place is beautiful and considered a new sushi spot.
